I originally called for a price on hemming my shorts and was quoted $12.00. When I brought them in they changed the price to $14.00 and then added a $.30 environmental fee. I had asked for a 5" inseam on the shorts. I picked up the shorts and the inseam was not 5". I returned to have this fixed and the lady at the store told me she would not fix it unless I paid her $14.00 again. She was rude about it and I left having to find another place to fix the hem.

I came in to get fitted for a alteration. The lady was very rude and told me she does alterations but not measurement I dont know how thats possible. Then the lady was very rude and acted like she didnt speak English well. Its amazing how she could when I came in but when I wasnt there to pay her $100s of dollars she no longer spook English. BUYER BEWARE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! The lady did not do what I asked and when I requested a refund because she STILL couldnt understand what I wanted her to do after I brought the garment back she refused to give me my money back!! BEWARE! They make you pay ahead of time and give terrible service.

Ive been going here since I moved to Arizona 4 years ago. Theyve always done a great job on my clothes and Ive never had an issue. I moved out to San Tan Valley and still come out here because they do a much better job than the cleaners closer to me.

I walked in asking about alterations and the old lady was rude. Talking to me with an attitude and like, "of course I do alterations". I just turn around and left. Forget that bullshit.
