This place is dirty and they are not honest people. The majority of the clothes they have in both locations are from over 5 years ago. I use to work there for over a year and because I had a family emergency was out of town for over a week they fired me. They refuse to pay me my last 2 checks because of a house they allowed me to stay at and I on good faith gave them money each month for rent because there was no rent agreement I should of been able to stay there for free but i gave them money anyway. The water was not running properly and the air condition went out and I had to come out of pocket my self to pay it. The owner owes me 800 dollars for working in september. He lies and makes excuses. He needs to be in jail for with holding my money.

Two problems: 1) Left a grease stain on a new dress uncleaned, which was the only reason I took it in. It was in the front, center of the dress... pretty hard to miss. 2) They were not gentle with a silk top I had only worn twice. Three buttons came off that were there before and the fabric thinned out and now looks like it was been torn in more than three spots on the blouse. DO NOT RISK IT. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Besides, their prices are not even competitive and the staff is not very helpful as I experienced them.

A few years ago I accidentally forgot to pick up my brothers suit and they closed at 6. The suit was for my dads funeral the next day and we had a 6am flight. I freaked out and came anyway after it closed hoping someone would still be there...thankfully after I pounded on the door for a few minutes, some guys opened the door! We were so thankful cause we literally couldnt pick it up the next day, and I felt terrible cause I didnt have any money to tip them...Thank you to the boys and the owners!

They are horrible!!! I sent my $200 down comforter to be drycleaned. It came back with black stains and dried water stains all over it. They have had it for a month to TRY and reclean it. I was told I would receive a call when my comforter cam back in, I never received a call and had to call to see if it was back in for pick up. No would even tell me if my comforter had been cleaned for real this time. Awful!!!

If you ever have to resolve an issue, the employees are not allowed to do refunds with out the onwers permission, however if you try to talk to the owner you cant because he is busy". I tried three times to talk to him.....cheap prices yes BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ....YES Take your laundry somewhere reputable! Also filed a BBB complaint!

They did an excellent job on my two dresses. One has oil stain, another with wax stain. Personally I tried to get off the stains multiple times myself and failed. They even charged me regular price, $3.25 each for washing and stain removal. I am more than impressed with them. Keep up with the good work!

This place is one of a kind. I make frequent business trips to Gilbert and I actually save my dry cleaning just so I can take it here. The quality is great, the staff is friendly (especially the owners), the turn around is quick, and the price is unbeatable. Thank you Meridian!

Excellent business, takes care of its customers. I live in Tempe and still have loyalties to this place! I had a carpet bag that I needed to be cleaned and Matt took the time to personally call and inform me about how their cleaning process works for purses such as mine.

I always use these guys when I am in town for business. They have quick turnaround, the clothes always look sharp and the staff is always very friendly. The low price is an added bonus.
