Not a fan. They had some kind of mechanical failure and told me that if I wanted my clothes back in advance of them being able to clean them I would have to go in the back and dig through the pile to find them myself. I asked for a small discount for them being over 24 hours late in delivering my goods, and was told no. The summary is that I dropped these early Saturday and they werent ready until Tuesday. Long wait that contradicts the "same day service" sign thats painted on the storefront. They were over-priced as well. $4 for a dress shirt is higher than most. Too many choices out there for me to return to this place, so wont be back.

The situation... Daughters prom dress zipper rips 2 days before prom and still needs to be taken in and hemmed. Since the next day is my day off, wife gives me the task of getting this all fixed. I tried calling a number of places that would not commit to this until it dawned on me that my dry cleaner, Catalina Cleaners in Chandler had a seamstress on site. I decide to stop in and the woman gladly accepted the task which was done in about 2 hours. I am now a hero to my wife and daughter(s). This place rocks customer service that is above and beyond.

I had been a loyal customer for sometime. This company ripped my shirt and had the gall to pin it on me (the customer). Business Owner: "Ive been in this business for over 20 years and we have never ripped a shirt. I just dont understand how we could have done this." Right, because every human is so perfect? He then went on to refuse paying full-cost for shirt that was their fault in ripping in the first place! Thanks, now I have to go buy a new shirt for your mistake. Great business practice....see if I come back.

After hours drop off. Consistent quality. Not the worlds best but very good. Good enough for me to drive past 2 alternates to use them. If you have trouble, just ask for the owner. Hes great and has been honest and responsive the couple times over the past 8 years Ive needed to engage him. They also have in house ability to do lite alterations, a hem, missing button etc.

Affordable and efficient service! I get my drycleaning done here at least once a week and have always had a great experience. The people at the front counter are nice and helpful. I referred a friend and the manager gave him free drycleaning. I also got five dollars off for referring someone. They do quality service and are great to do business with.

I took 4 pants when I pick them up the cuff of the pants were ironed crooked.the cuff should be a straight line.I gave them a chance to redo but even after the 2nd time still was not correct. They did not give me my money back so I had to iron my own pants. I asked to speak with management the person not there no refund was given.

This is by far the worst cleaners I have ever been too. The staff is extremely rude & I hardly consider my clothes to even have been drycleaned. Everything was wrinkled and dusty....I brought this to their attention and they refused to re do it. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

The staff was extermely nice, and since I was new to the area the owner did not charge me for my first dry cleaning. They were very professional and great! I have been a to lot of dry cleaning places over the years and these guys are excellent.

Messed up uniform pants by double creasing one of the pant legs. Just got uniform shirt back with black spots all over it.
