The people here are nice enough until it comes time to step up for customer treatment. I was a regular customer since the beginning of 2011 and today was my last day doing business with Bartolis. I had a new pair of pants that I brought to get cleaned that had a matching coat, a nice suit. When I returned to pick up my clothes there was no extra message for me just smiles and have a nice day. I bring the jacket and pants home only to find a large tear in the front of the pants in the crotch area. I admit I was pretty livid but refrained from taking that out on the employees because I understand mistakes happen. When I returned to discuss the pants, I was handed a brochure of clothing damages that cannot be fixed and basically told that I am stuck with the pants as they are with no credit for future dry cleaning. The situation was diffused when the manager (a nice lady) said she would "take care of me next time", I appreciated the thought and left mild. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up a jacket that they wanted to charge me 50 dollars to clean. The reason it was $50, because she can only wash this item in the washing machine alone which usually holds 80+ items. WAIT! You are basically charging me $50 to throw a leather jacket in a giant washing machine, no hand cleaning whatsoever?? Thats not even the best part. I asked for that favor to "take care of me" by knocking $25 off that ridiculous price since they did ruin a nice pair of pants. The very same "nice lady" manager then told me she cant do that, the most she will do is $10 off. I said thats a little high and she said thats all I can do. But hey, its not all I can do! I vote with my dollar to take my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I will never go there again. I dropped off my beige and blue comforter to be dry cleaned and when I got it back all the blue was bleached out of it! When I asked to be refunded my money she said "I dont believe there was any blue in it. I would have remembered." SO... I said I would drive all the way home to get my matching pillows, which I did. At that point she said, "Well, in that case it must be the manufacturers fault. You obviously brought me something that was "un-dry cleanable." What? I was at a loss for words. I showed her the tag that said "Dry Clean Only." Shes like, well, I dont have to refund you because its the manufacturers fault. She finally Did refund me, but it was a huge ordeal and I have a ruined bedspread now. Also, they are SUPER expensive. I was definitely not happy with my experience.

I absolutely love this place! Their customer service is top of the line, in a matter of fact every time I go in they remember who I am and call me by name. I think it’s very impressive. In regards to the comment below about the coupon, I don’t think they read it in its entirety... It most likely came from the 2012 Entertainment book and it CLEARLY states "present coupon/card with incoming order" it’s a shame someone places a negative image on a company because they simply didn’t get their way. I have been going to Bartoli’s for over a year now and will continue to use their exceptional services for as long as I live in the area

Poor Customer Service!! Bartoli customer service is unfriendly and seemingly uninterested in customer satisfaction. In addition to the poor attitude of some employees, Bartolis refused to honor one of its current coupons using the excuse that coupons must be tendered before cleaning. No where on coupon does it say that and more importantly, I was told that I could bring in a coupon upon payment. I dont appreciate deceptive business practices. Needless to say, my family will not be taking our clothes to Bartolis.

the best! they do the best work and it is perfect every time. other reviews read that they have poor customer service. not true. I have received excellent treatment every time and they are caring. great people, great work. Its not a convenient location for me as I live in Tempe now, but I make the drive because I have full confidence that my suits will be perfect everytime

Absolute worst rippoff !! Girl at counter lied, told us curtains were $20 to clean...went to pick them up and bill was over $80 ! Called owner and was absolutely insulted and rude told us we told that price..This place is a joke ! I own two businesses and you DO NOT treat your customers that way. Will never be ba k and will also inform any one i can about our experience !

Been coming here 4 years. When I moved a couple years back I wasnt as close to Bartoli cleaners AZ before and I tried a couple cleaners that were closer to me. Nothing else near me that I tried compared at all to Bartoli Cleaners
