Wow! Wow! Wow! I called 7 cleaners in my area. (I live at the Islands) However, I was so pleasantly surprised how accommodating the call was just to ask how much my comforter would cost me and the price. The price was below the competitors. Not only that, the staff kindly explained why and told me why their service should be used. Then when I got the finished product back, it felt fantastic! I thought "First time great price great product". So... as we all do we go back. I brought in a torn sweater jacket that reeked of campfire smoke. To my surprise, not only was the tear fixed, it smelled like...well nothing! The staff was point on in reassuring me they could and would take care of it again. Again, price was awesome and reasonable. So, I work for the airline industry and found that I can not only have my uniforms cleaned, steamed, and altered, I can pick it up low cost with above bar customer service. And may I add they dont require all to be done for payment (like others here) they will just alter or clean or whatever I WANT. Isnt that what we all want? I unfortunately went to a VERY popular dry cleaning that sends me coupon upon coupon to come in to get the price I got at Island Dry Cleaners AND their customer service was waaayy below the bar. To put the cherry on top, I didnt require a mailed coupon to get the price I got at the Island Dry Cleaners AND their customer service made me feel...well like a valued CUSTOMER! We dont always feel like that so much these days do we? So....in conclusion....a win win if you go to this company. They go the extra mile to serve their customers with class. Like I deserve. lol Please check em out. From, a loyal customer for the last 4 years. I promise Ill let you know if there is an issue. However, they are nothing but first class. I AM a LOYAL customer.

Forgot to review back in December but my fiance and my brother in law both dropped their wrinkled suits in my lap the afternoon on the day prior to our company Holiday party and asked me to get them cleaned and pressed for them...by the following day. In a state of panic, I frantically searched for a place that would fulfill a last minute request and I came across Island Cleaners. I called and the employee told me he could have them ready for me in the morning, no problem. I dropped two 3 piece suits and 2 shirts off within the hour. The employee was SO friendly and he even went out of his way to give me extra advice on launder care. There was a tag in one of the suits that identified the materials used to make it, which I almost cut out, but he told me it was a good idea to keep them in so that dry cleaners would know how to properly care for them. The price was very affordable and the suits were ready in the morning, as promised, looking perfect! I need to go get my office clothes cleaned and pressed for work on Monday, and Ill be heading right over to Island Cleaners. Ive had some downright HORRIBLE dry cleaning experiences in the past and Ive tried many throughout the Valley - Island Cleaners has made a customer for life out of me.

Worst cleaner you can find in the valley. Not only both owner and employee have no idea what service means, their concept of biz seems to be, "Give me money and get the hell out." 1. they didnt have it on time, 2. they refused to keep their promise to deliver it, 3. they couldnt find my ordor on their own, 4. they over-charged my bill, 5. refused to return over-charged amount, 6. they called police and try to paint me as a crimial. Finally police convinced the owner to return my money after 30 min. of their arrival. Anyone wants to be mistreated and abused by them, plz try this cleaner. They will exceed your expectation.

I brought in 2 drapery panels that were each 13 feet wide and 104" long with small rings on top. They were discolored from dirt after 19 years but were still in good shape. Tracy the owner was great about calling me before they cleaned them and discussed the options and the possible outcomes. I felt confident that they would do a good job and they did a great job!! What I liked best was not having to take the rings off on the top which other dry cleaners told me I would have to and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Island Cleaners.

They hemmed a special dress for me, did a great job!! I also had the top of my swimming suit altered, it fits perfect. THANK YOU ISLANDS CLEANERS!!!! Ill be back for sure!!!!
