Im surprised to see that the Cleaners claim that "they want to make all their customers happy," because this is an outright lie. I had been going to Happy Clears for nine years - NINE YEARS! - and just this week when I confronted them about a problem with a dress that they had recently cleaned, they were completely NOT interested in making me happy. I brought them a dress that was to be handwashed, and when I removed the dress from the cleaners plastic, the front of the dress embellishment was ripped in several places. I brought the dress to Happy Cleaners, showed them what happened, and asked them to make it right, and not only did they refuse to rectify the situation, but they blatantly denied that this had happened there and basically implied that I was lying to them. Without going into great detail about the back-and-forth conversation, the end result was that they refused to even acknowledge that it happened and refused to rectify the situation to keep an almost 10-year customer. Everything may seem happy at Happy Cleaners, but just wait until you have a problem, and then itll be Crappy Cleaners. Boo.

BEST CLEANERS!!! I went to several cleaners around this valley and so happy to find this great cleaners! They do a great work! This girl in front of the counter always smiles which makes my day! The quality of their work is awesome! Inexpensive prices and fast service! I took my dress pant to get dryclean and I knew that I had loose button and loose hook and when it came back from cleaning, they were all fixed! without charging them! They know what their customer needs! I can feel that they do really care about their customers and their work. Great family run business. I told about this place to people around me and everyone says YES! They all love their place too!!! I strongly recommend this place to others! Keep up your work!

My husband and I have been to nearly every dry cleaners in the Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa area and Happy Cleaners is BY FAR the best dry cleaners weve been too. Weve literally hated pretty much every other cleaners in the area and Happy Cleaners simply does great work. Can praise them enough. Also Im not sure if theyve just done this for us or its just what they do. But when they find missing buttons they just sow new ones on. Other cleaners will break your buttons and then act like it didnt happen, sending you home with a shirt with buttons that are falling apart or missing.

Hands down the best dry cleaners in the valley!! Ive been to several dry cleaners across the valley...Happy Cleaners are very consistent & detailed in their work. My dress clothes & really nice shirts & my Levis last forever because of their care. And the customer service experience is 5***** every time with the gracious lady up front!! I drive from Ahwatukee and past 35 cleaners on the way to Happy Cleaners :)

Great people! I recently took in some slacks with a faulty zipper, and they said theyd take a look. When I picked it up they had replaced the zipper and didnt charge me for it. I said I would gladly pay for it, but they said they would probably charge me the next time. Ive been there a handful of times now and have had nothing but great experiences. Why would I go anywhere else?

I love this place! This family is the kindest. They always smile, know my name, even made me a Christmas ornament last year. My laundry smells amazing, and looks better than anywhere else Ive ever had it done. Other places have inconsiderate staff or smelly chemicals, but I feel like a friend and I love the quality of the work at Happy Cleaners. Great place to do business.

Great Service! They did all they could to accommodate my specific needs in a timely fashion. I needed a suit cleaned on the same day I brought it in. They were able to work with me to achieve this. They were effective, efficient and extremely nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!
