Wanted to have some pants altered(shortened). I did not know that I needed to pin them myself. When I asked if I put them on and had them pin where they need to be shortened I was looked at like I was an alien and like they had never pinned a piece of clothing in their life. I will be taking the pants to another nearby cleaner that said they would gladly pin them for me!

$40 for 3 shirts and 3 slacks? What a joke. Youre lucky my wife dropped the clothing off and was lied to about cost. That crap wouldnt of worked with me. Plus your service is horrible. My pants are still wrinkled in areas and you want to charge me again to repress them? How are you still in business? So much for being honest in all your dealings huh? Ha

I was running late and the store was about to close. I called and spoke with Giancarlo. He stayed a few minutes late so that I would be able to have what I needed for the next day. They used too hot of an iron on my pants, didnt get a makeup stain out of a shirt, and added a bleach stain to another one of my shirts. I was supposed to get a 15% discount through my company but they didnt give it to me and said they could do it in my next visit. Unfortunately I wont be visiting them again. Very disappointed.

Our rug went in dull in color, and it had a stain on from 2002. When we got it back it looks like a brand new rug, and it is softer. The stain is gone too. We didnt expect it to be 99.9% gone; it was a surprise to us when we unrolled it and seen the stain gone. Thank you for getting our rug so clean.

This location shows outstanding service. They make you feel very comfortable as if you are family. The little things are important to me such as putting on a missing button, cheerful banter and the excellent professionalism. This is the place for me to go. Thanks Brooke and staff..

My experience has red hanger cleaners is that they were quick and efficient. They did what they were asked to do. My only suggestion was that even if they have to charge a little more that, they could expand their pick up and delivery To the Saratoga Springs area.

This dry cleaner was over priced, and did a HORRIBLE job cleaning our comforter. I ended up cleaning it my self when I brought it home. There is no way they really even cleaned it. I paid for absolutely nothing! I will never go back there again!

Amazing people ...... A family member needed things picked up as i drove up there was a line ......in no time the came out grabbed my ticket and payment, handed me the items ......simply wonderful.....thank you for not making me wait!!!!

I love the Red Hanger in South Jordan on 106th! Brooke (the manager) is always on top of things. In 12+ years weve only had two small issues and they were immediately addressed and taken care of!!

Wasnt opened on time on 7/6, and sat there till about 8 after 7. Ended up taking clothing elsewhere so I wouldnt be late for an appointment.
