I needed a blazer and pants cleaned and pressed for an interview next day. Brought them in at 11:00 am and was told would be ready by 3pm next day. When I explained situation, Koby said shed try to have it done next day by 10am, and would call me as soon as it was ready. That worked for me as the interview was scheduled in the afternoon. Koby called me before 3pm the DAY I DROPPED OFF, telling me my order was ready! Done in under 4 hours!! Thank you so much, Koby and Pony Express team. Thats great service!!

I have been going to Pony Express Cleaners for about 3 years now and love it. The prices are great, the quality of cleaning is excellent, and the customer service is top notch. All the ladies that work at the front are very friendly. Id highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone looking for a great experience!

Ive gone here a few times and the results have varied. This last time, they didnt dry clean my clothes they landried them. Not sure why didnt ask?!?!? I assumed it was dry cleaning by default. Guess not? So not only did the colors fade, the fabric has been weakened and shrunk. Not cool.

They do a good job cleaning, but why would you pair mismatching suits together for pick up. Nothing like driving 4 hours to a wedding with your packaged dry cleaning to find out your black suit jacket is paired with your navy pants.
