I LOVE TIDE DRY CLEANERS!!! I have been completely amazed by their quality of service and my overall experience. When I first pulled up to the Draper location, there were 3 other cars in line. Immediately 3 people ran out to each of the vehicles. Attendant was excited that I came in, provided us with options, and quickly got us processed. Not only was my order ready before the promised time, but I got an email confirmation (none of my previous dry cleaners have ever offered such a basic service). When I picked up, I received similar service and was given a bounce back coupon and an online survey for an additional discount. I have since brought 2 larger dry cleaners orders and received similar service. They have done an awesome job in creating an amazing client experience - building look, employee quality, speed and quality of service, etc. I am 100% converted. I recommend them to ALL.

7 April 2016 I have found the experience at the Draper Tide Dry Cleaners to be superb. I tried them after my former dry cleaner was purchased by a competitor. From the first visit I was impressed particularly by the service provided at their drive-up valet. The help is always fun, upbeat and willing to provide superior service. Another surprise is the electronic valet. If you have a credit card on file you can insert that card into a reader that delivers your dry cleaning order to you outside even after hours. It goes without saying that there is a chute in which to place your bag after hours as well. To top it all off they are about 15% less expensive than my former dry cleaner. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced before. Which leads to a story of finding a place where I could take my uniforms in which being very picky because of a incident that took place somewhere else. I went to tide and talked to the manager to see what exactly I could do from having my uniforms ruin again. The manager showed me around and explain how exactly they would prevent any problems that could happen. That made me feel so much better and answered any questions that I had. The staff are fantastic and so nice!! You guys are doing a fantastic job!!!!

We have been using this dry cleaners since the day it opened and we couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work. The employees are all so kind, fast and efficient. Our clothing (and we come weekly) has ALWAYS been done right. Even our alterations and specialty items are done fast and right. My only suggestion is to lower the cost for womens clothing. My shirts are twice the cost of my husbands.

Shrunk my Ann Taylor blazer. It is now too short in both sleeves and waist. It is also uncomfortably tight through the shoulders and arms now. I thought I could trust the name, since this was a Tide Dry Cleaners. I am so sad and disappointed, because this is not a blazer I can replace. If you dont care about how your clothes fit, this place is fine. Otherwise stay far away!

Best dry cleaner I have ever used. They always go the extra mile to take care of anything. They really do care about their customers. My clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean. The service is also so fast and convenient. I always use the 24 hour kiosk. This is the only place I would trust with my clothing.

The best customer experience I have ever had... not just in dry cleaning, but in any business. I run a small business and want to send my employees into this dry cleaner for training. Huge discounts. Quick. More friendly than you can imagine. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Keep it up guys. Please!

I have to admit its a bit unusual to find a valet dry cleaner but this actually had drive up valet service. I love tide products and this dry cleaner follows the long tradition of quality cleaning from tide products. I bring my suit jackets and dress items here with fantastic results.

Very impressed...Excellent customer service...Staff always cheerful and even know me by first name...go figure! Excellent cleaning and laundry services... The only drawback was the store access...a bit difficult to get to, but can live with it.... Will definitely use again...
