Worst possible customer service. Have been a long time customer and will NEVER return. The other reviews Ive read here echo what happened to me. They shrunk three of my shirts and refused to admit their fault. They blamed me, attacking my character. They said it was the fault of the store where I bought my clothes. UNBELIEVABLE how rude and disrespectful they were. They threatened to sue me if I wrote a negative review. Save yourself the grief and take your cleaning elsewhere.

I went in one day to drop off my wifes stuff. I was quoted one price before I left and I was ok with it. My wife goes to pick it up and they either charged her more than quoted or sales tax was at 25%??? She told me that they did a good job but I wish they had a price menu like some of the other cleaners on their website.

They ruined my skirt and made me pay for the privilege. No apology, no redress, not even a refund of the cleaning bill. I just wished I had stopped using them earlier since so many times I would get stuff back not properly cleaned.

For a long time, Id use this cleaner, but after several epsiodes where they damaged my shirts, I stopped using them. They refused to even acknowledge that they had damaged the shirts. However, it went it fine, it came out torn.
