I specifically asked not to use scented fabric softner on my bed spread as Im sensitive to the smell. She explained that no one has ever complained. I then said it wasnt a complaint, just a preference. When I picked it up, I could smell it through the plastic & after airing it out & putting it through the dryer, my home reaks of dryer sheets. All for $28! I wont be using Celebrity Cleaners again!

Horrible and poor customer service. All they want is top dollar for barely average performance. Better valued cleaners, with excellent customer service on camelback and miller.
