This place was very unprofessional and unwilling to make things right for the customer. Not only did they lose my dress pants, but they gave me someone else pants. I brought them back and told them what style, brand, color my pants were and how the ones they had given me where also black but where not mine. The lady working that day said that she would show her manager and that I should call him during the week since he wasnt the best at calling back, which is very unprofessional. So I gave the store almost a week to look for my pants and never got a call back. I finally gave them a call wondering what was going on, the manager talks to me and says that those have to be my pants since they dont have anything extra. I again told him how mine are different fit, style, I knew all of this since I had bought a few of the same pants at the same time. He continually kept saying that it was odd that they werent mine and that he as a manager doesnt ever make mistakes. And said that if I wanted for him to make things right or pay for my lost pants, that I had to take him to court! This is not something you expect from a small business, I would think they would care for every single customer that they have and would be more professional and handle situations better than saying take me to court if you want me to make things right. I would stay away from this cleaners, thats how they reacted to 100 dollars pants I cant imagine how they would react to more high value items.

A highly discriminatory experience that shocked both my spouse and mysrlf. We have taken our clothes here for years, more specifically my husband was dropping off and picking up his dress pants every week. Same price every week. He asked that I pick up his pants one day and suddenly I was charged more. When I arrived home I called the man at the cleaners who charged me differently. I asked if they had a price increase over the previous week and he said no. Then when I asked why i was charged more, he i stantly replied we dont discriminate. OH YES YOU DO! We will never return...ever!!!

Ive always had a good experience with Canyon View Cleaners. I still come to them even though Ive moved out of the area. Great service and friendly customer services.

Older facility.. Could have been cleaner... Severed its purpose with 60 lb washers :)
