I will no longer use this dry cleaner, EVER. I have been going to the Taylorsville store for about two years now. The customer service was always awesome. They set me up on a delivery and pickup schedule that was so convenient and nice. All of a sudden, they stopped coming to pick up my shirts. No one called, no one gave me any inclination of what was going on. I called the Taylorsville store and they told me that the Draper store had taken over the pickup and delivery and apparently had decided that because I lived in Herriman, they werent going to pick up my shirts anymore. I decided to go back to the Taylorsville store because I liked the people there. I found out two weeks ago that they were quitting and would no longer be at the store. I brought them my last order of three dress shirts and a corduroy sports coat. I had the sports coat cleaned by them before and it had looked really well. When they dropped off my shirts on Friday, the coat was not with the order. I got a call from the Taylorsville store letting me know that there was a problem with the coat and that I could pick it up from the Draper store and to ask for John, the owner. When I arrived at the Draper store, John brought my coat out to me with a 8 inch tear up the side of the coat. He immediately launched into an explanation about how he was not responsible for the jacket and that it was a manufacturers defect. He told me that I had to take the jacket back to store I bought it from and convince them that the manufacturer was responsible for tearing my coat. I was absolutely furious. John was so incredibly ignorant with me and absolutely refused to take responsibility for destroying my coat. He took the $7 I paid for the dry cleaning and threw it me and stormed off to the back of the store. I went directly to JC Penney just to get their opinion on the status of my garment. The store manager took a look at it and so did two other employees. It was a consensus of opinion that the jacket looked as if it had maybe gotten caught on something in the dryer and they just pulled and yanked on it until the garment tore loose. This was NOT a manufacturer defect but gross negligence on the side of the drycleaner. I got a call from another employee at the Draper store and she expressed that if I was willing to come back the next day, she would reimburse the cost of the jacket. She is the only decent, honest person at that store. Do not trust your belongings to this store, ESPECIALLY if it is something you really care for. You may not ever see it again or it might be destroyed.

I dont review a lot, and when I do its because I feel strongly about something. I would give Dry Cleaning Superstore a solid B- on their overall operation and heres why; They cannot keep a white shirt clean. Everything else in their operations run great; Friendly staff, good prices and hospitable employees however the one area they lack is being able to dry clean a white shirt. I have 3 white shirts, and I mostly would take the shirts for the ironing more than the cleaning (because I hate to iron) and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have brought a white shirt to them, it comes back with some sort of chemical or stain on it that wasnt there before. Sometimes they say it was existing, and sometimes they just dont catch it. Now, thankfully they have always been able to get the stains out, but after going through this 9 times on 4 different occasions, I finally decided no more white shirts. I would drop off the shirts, pay, pick up, come home and find spots all over the white shirt (most the time it was a soft, iron looking stain). Then I would have to take it back, have them re-do it, and come get it. 3 of the 4 different occasions it happened twice (meaning I would drop it off, come get it, go home, go back and have them re-do it, then come back to the re-do and new stains were on it.) I finally got to the point where I had to inspect the shirts myself, in the shop, to save me the time of driving home and then back. Overall? Bang for your buck and very conveniently placed in the south end of the Valley with quick freeway access, but beware of your white shirts. Im hoping the review will save someone else the hassle of going through this.

I want to find a good dry cleaner near me so badly, and I am still left to find one. The old lady there is so rude! I obtained a Groupon to try this place out, and she was not very nice when we dropped off my clothes. I work down the street, so this would be an ideal location. I would think I am their target audience (professional career and work two blocks away), so I would have thought they might want to go the extra mile. Sadly, I was mistaken. If you are a business who has to sign up for Groupon to gain customers, you may want to change your attitude and learn basic customer service skills! The frustration didnt end at the drop off. When I picked up my clothes, I noticed a drive thru pickup location. Apparently I drove too far, because I could see the old lady making faces at me and throwing up her arms like I was the biggest idiot in my side mirror. She then yelled from the door (no attempt to take another step toward my car, so I could hear her better), "are you coming in or not?!?!" I told her I could if that was easier. She said I needed to back up the few feet to the other door if I wanted to pickup from my car. Then after getting home, I have noticed by shirts are not ironed very well with random creases in the front of my shirts and the bottom of the shirts are all bent in the wrong directions. I will NOT be going back, ever. I will go without dry cleaning if I need to.

I bought a KSL discount for wedding dress cleaning and preservation for a really great price. I called ahead to see how long it would take and ask about any details/exclusions specific to that of the coupon I was using. They were beyond rude over the phone, but because I had already purchased the service through KSL took my dress to them anyways. When I dropped it off they did not speak two words to me, I handed them my dress and printed coupon and attempted to tell her what it was I was doing in her store. She took the dress, gave me a receipt and did not say another word. Flash forward a few weeks, I receive a call telling me my dress is ready to pick up. I asked if I could send anyone of if the person picking it up needed the receipt from when I dropped it off, and if there was a time frame that I had to have the dress picked up by. She said anyone could pick it up but it needed to be done in the next couple weeks to avoid anything happening to it. (as though they could toss out someones wedding dress who had paid them for a service with a lawsuit) I asked my mother in law to go and grab it when she was in the area and they were completely rude to her. All I can say is Tide Dry Cleaners just opened down the street and I would say they will absolutely be putting these awful people out of business any day now, I personally hope its sooner rather than later.
