There isnt anything less than 1 star? I took 3 suits in and when I picked them up, the son overcharged me (the sign outside says 9.99 but he insisted it was brand new and I must have dropped it off before the sign went up, I drive by the sign daily and it has been up for at least a year). He wouldnt honor the price and I had to have the suits so I paid the 17.00 per suit. When I got home, only one of the three suits had been pressed and it was pressed so poorly there were 3 creases in the jacket sleeve and none in the pants. I took the suits back 3 times and made them re-do them (each time they did nothing) and each time they came back looking terrible. The last time I went in, I had to deal with the wife, who spoke perfect English until she realized there was a problem and then all she could manage was come back, husband fix. Worst of all, they destroyed the pants on one of the suits to the point where my tailor cant fix them. Im now out $50 for their cleaning (should have been $30), $500 for the suit they destroyed that had to be replaced, and $30 to have the remaining 2 suits re-done by someone who knew what they were doing.

Really should have read these reviews before I even walked in. When I went in I requested she fix/replace a broken zipper on a dress. She told me she could replace with the same colored zipper. I was hesitant because she wanted to charge me $34 . Then the other dress I bought, she told me it would be $8 to stitch (hand stich because her sowing machine was broken) some seam openings and I completely consented and then I asked her to dry clean it as well and pointed to some spots. So I didnt look it over when I picked it up but when I got home the dress was not stitched on the seams at all. I was super confused because I paid $10.50 in addition to the other dress. When I took it in she said that I said I didnt want it stitched because it was too much... Which was completely NOT what happened. And that I had paid $10.50 to dry clean it and that those spots would not come out. It seriously looks like it wasnt cleaned at all. She also just had horrible coustomer service. Maybe it was all because she just doesnt understand English that well, I dont think its really that though. Just dont ever go there.

This owner laundered six cotton button up shirts. He had posted on his sign $1.95 for shirts. Ladies beware of this dry cleaners. I took my shirts to be laundered, and when I went to pick them up, instead of the 12.50 I was expecting he said I owed him $38.15, before he would give me my shirts back. I talked with him for some time and even though my shirts were laundered and pressed the same way as the mens shirts because they were womens and buttoned up the opposite way he was charging me 6:00 a shirt. I wrote out a check for the amount advertised and took my shirts to my car. He totally flipped out. He called the police, I waited in my car and shortly I was surrounded by three cop cars and six police men. Eventually the cops left, I left with my six shirts at the price advertised and the dry cleaner spitting fire. How many woman has he done this to?

I have been a customer of Dirks Dry Cleaning for over 10 years now. I have always had perfect dry cleaning, excellent first name service, and very fair pricing. The owners always accommodate my schedule if I need special next day service, hand sewn buttons for my shirts, and most importantly friendly, courteous service. I have had clothes lost or ruined at other dry cleaners out of town and I am always thankful that I have never had that kind of service from Dirks, not one problem in over 10 years of weekly service. I have recommend them to many friends who have come back to thank me for referring them to such a friendly and high quality dry cleaner. They are locally owned and operated and have been giving me consistent quality service for years. If you’re looking for a great dry cleaning service, this is it!

This is the most DISHONEST place in the business. Dropped off two pair of pants and when I picked them up, my $200 wool pants have a "damaged" tag on them and a 2 inch rip/burn mark on the back of the leg. When I asked him about it, he freaked out, said I was a liar and trying to "take his money". He charged me $12.00 for each pair of pants, even though they RUINED my pants! His wife walked out and when I asked if the pants were damaged when I brought them in, she stated the pants were NOT damaged when they came in, he yelled at me that I was not allowed to ask her questions. He told me to take him to court or call the police, They always over charge and try to justify it by holding your clothing hostage. I will never do business here again.

Taken to the cleaners! Literally!! I needed some drapes hemmed and saw their store close to my new place. Thinking how much could it be??? $124!!!! For drapes I paid less than $50 for - hemmed 1 1/2 inches!! I would love to see the security footage of my jaw hitting the floor when he told me the price!! Horrible business! All the positive reviews have the same last name as he does - interesting. Trust your gut with this guy! Dont go here!!

Had a very bad experience took my favorite velvet coat to this dry cleaner and they destoyed it, its not even wearable anymore and what upsets me off the most is that she"s tryng to say its my coat material thats why its coming off i looked at her crazy i hope they have insurance i only wore it only 2 times i should of washed it my self! its only a year old seriously im upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I broughtook 3 pant to be hemmed plus a sample. One of the pants was right the other 2 were one inch and 3 inches longer. He refuse to correct them and argue that he was right and that they were going to shrink ( even though I had prewashed them ) the owner was rude and angry. I am taking my business somewhere.

Terrible service !! Both claimed they called me when I scrolled through my log in front of them and their number wasnt even on there. Didnt give me a price before tailoring my dress and charged me 91$ for a terrible job!! Dress doesnt fit me right anymore. Do not recommend tailoring service!!

This place is fantastic. I always take my husbands dress shirts and pants here and occasionally a blouse or dress of mine. They always do a great job, weve never been unhappy with the service. The staff are super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

This business has been here for over 20 years and everything is done in house!! The staff and owner is amazing and personable. They are cheap and can get pretty much anything out. Their quality of cleaning is hard to beat, I highly recommend this place!
