I have a job interview coming up and wanted to get my suit dry cleaned beforehand. I have little children, and my suit is a year old, so there is some gunk on there I wanted off. There also was some evidence of walking in snow on the bottom of my pants (just a white line of where the water had dried), as well as some sweat marks in the armpits. All of it fairly minor, but enough to warrant a cleaning. I called another place down the road. They picked up the phone immediately and quoted me $18 for the 2-piece suit. I then called Country Cleaners and waited for 2 minutes to get an answer. At under $7.00, I figured I had to give them a shot. When I walked into the store, there was a line of a couple of cars. The gal attending the the drive-up and counter attended to me quickly. I politely declined and said that the cars had been waiting, and I had a few minutes to wait. (She could take care of the drive-through first) The transaction was quick, after waiting maybe 3-4 minutes, it took her only 1-2 to answer my few questions and collect payment. So far so good. My wife went back in the next day to pickup the suit coat and pants. I checked them this morning, and the quality of cleaning is exactly what I expected. The sweat mark in the armpit is still there, though less noticeable. The snow/water mark on the pants is still there, also less noticeable. There is still gunk on the suit that did not come off. The suit coat and the pants ARE well pressed. I have never had a suit dry cleaned before, but I was hoping for better results. Due to the price, and customer service, I am giving 3 stars. It met my expectations, given the price significantly less than the guy down the road. I would consider using again for other non-important things to be cleaned. For something important (like a job interview) I will be trying out the place down the street.

I thought it was weird they asked for payment before everything was cleaned but this place is close to my new job so I thought it would be convenient. Multiple items have stains and they didnt even bother leaving a note on the garment or telling me that they tried to get the stain(s) out. My clothes came back very staticky and they PINNED the delicate fabric on my skirts to regular hangers! They forever have holes in them!
