Rip-off artists. I asked cleaners to replace a light-duty zipper on a beautiful suede jacket which had some teeth missing. He replaced it with the SAME zipper type and reversed the sides of the zipper reflecting a female jacket to which he remakred "it doesnt matter." It was as if hed never heared of opposite buttoning and zipper placement for males/females despite claiming being in the bussiness for 25 years. Very disatisfied with service. Plus, it cost me $62.00! He then had the gall to tell me to go to Sallys and buy a heavy duty zipper for him to install! Unacceptable for a man who claims to do alterations. I canceled my check and will see what happens. They are way overpriced and NOT customer friendly!!! Do yourself a favor and take your alterations somewhere else!!!!! Best of all, he showed me his own jacket as an example which had the zipper on the left claiming this to be correct. I inquired where he purchased it and he said he made it himself!?! Holy moly! He refused to produced any other American style" clothing that followed proper technique for this country. The most I could get and admission out of him was that buttons for males are on the right. What an idiot! He offered no compromise except a stupid grin. Sorry for my anger, but this was not right at all. Hope this helps prospective customers. Thanks. -Kyle

This is the worst place ever!!!! I went in because I live by here, the lady took my 11 shirts and did not count them.. I said hey dont you count them as it didnt show on a receipt just a little tear off number she gave me.. She counted and said 11 and I left with no proof as it was a number tag. I felt weird about it and should have done more.. My bad.. But o didnt.. I came back and got 9 shirts..the cost was 5 per shirt...and my cloths were super crusty from the cleaner. I griped.. She acted like she didnt k ow English and I left furious with a 45 dollar payment and near 80 in missing shirts. DO NOT GO!

Dont trust these folks. no rating not worth one star The worst...ruined by coat. Actually lied about the repairs and cost to a third party. Evidence was provided would NEVER go back their again... Total Rip-off artitis

More expensive than other cleaners but they claim to clean the clothes in such a way as not to damage them or cause color loss. I havent used them enough to know whether it is true or not.
