Outrageously expensive and questionable business practices. Dropped of 5 slacks and 6 pounds of laundry. Total was $100. They decided to dry clean half the laundry and charge me for it after I told the gentleman to only dry clean the slacks. "Its the pants that killed you." There are hundreds of other same day services that wont charge nearly as much and wont try to scam you. Stay away!!!!! Update: After going through my laundry they have misplaced at least 1 tshirt. Matt tried to give me my money back but the other reviews show that their dishonesty is systemic. Only tried to rectify it once they got caught. Dont apologize after you get caught lying, just dont lie. Stay away!!!!

This place is a scam, not once but twice I have asked for laundy service (the cheaper one) and they have dry cleaned at the higher rate (nearly $9/article), so instead of a $20 bill like i expect, it turns out to be $80. Once they ran my card they told me there was no way to refund the money, which is a lie anyways. I would strongly not reccomend taking your close here.

I come here all the time and I usually have the same employee I believe her name is Ida she is wonderful she always takes care of all my needs and is very friendly I Cant say the same for the other older ladys there they are very rude but always thats another story I give Ida a 5 star

The service is excellent. Jennifer and her staff do a great job and are the reason I keep coming back.I tried several different dry cleaners when I moved here and Prestige far out shined them all.

They do a very nice job. Nice staff, everything is ready on the same day of you drop off early enough... No extra charge. Drive through makes it very convenient.

Dont be fooled by fancy location. Customer service absolutely sucks. They need to learn how to treat customers.
