Avoid this place. By FAR the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Want to be yelled at? Want to be hung up on? Want to be called deceitful for asking questions about a lost garment? This place is for you! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have never met or dealt with a more rude establishment, specifically the OWNER, Susan. She has now hung up on both myself and my wife THREE times and when you do speak with her she refuses to listen to one word and continuously spits accusations. The manager, who seems nice, refuses to tell the truth to her boss about how things really happened and puts all blame on the customer. So, it is one big run-around when you try to get answers or have a normal conversation. I would like to spend more time on this review, but I have already wasted too much time and energy on this place. I HIGHLY suggest not giving this place your money. If you do, please feel free to write a similar review after you have your bad experience at this place. I will gently give you a "I told you so".

Ive used desert ridge dry cleaners when I lived in north scottsdale and was pleased with the service. Michael, the store manager was very friendly. If you visit their website you can get $5 off, and they usually have coupons available.

I am looking for a new drycleaner. The story about the buttons happened to me to. And I got few of my shirts back and they shrunk I don’t know how but that place if TERRIBLE.
