I went to Seville Cleaners for about 1 month, with no problems. It was an OK job. I should have quit going there, but it is close to my new work and cheap so I continued to go there. I bring in some of my clothes, but mainly my fiances clothes, which are at least 12 pieces a week. I quit going after I got the clothes back smelling of DEEP chemicals. It literally stunk up my entire walk in closet and started seaping into the bedroom. I couldnt figure out what this horrible smell was, until I went to the dry cleaning. I brought it back and with no apologies re cleaned it. It was a little better..bareable. The owner told me its because in the winter the machines are packed and they fill them full. The summer its lighter and doesnt leave as bad of a smell. No sorry no nothing. It was like I was innconveniencing them and god forbid that. I quit going there after that and my fiance said dont ever go back there. I ended up going back there about 6 weeks later, out of laziness... Learned my lesson this time. They lost my fiances dress pants and tried to give me a refund for the EXTRA piece of clothing they charged me for. I said excuse me? I count every piece of clothing and I always double check the ticket. They finally agreed to a refund of the dress pants and finally I am getting a check after a few weeks. We will see what happens with that. I spoke with the owner of my company about the mishap and he laughed and said they lost my dress pants as well. What a joke.. I would advise you not to go there. Its a bunch of people working there, that look and seem miserable to be there. Never friendly and the girl I spoke with (when I was filling out form) acted like this happens all the time. I NEVER in 30 years have had anyone lose one artical of my clothing, maybe Im lucky...or maybe I just have been going somewhere that charges more and has better employees. Trust me I will NOT be going back there. I learned 2 hard lessons at Seville...

I have used this place before and havent been impressed, but came back for the convenience factor... Not anymore Took in 3 scarves, 3 pants, 2 jackets. When I went to drop them off, I specifically pointed out a couple stains on 3 of my items and asked if the lady needed to mark them down. She said no, theyd get them, and put them in the pile. Came back to pick them up and noticed all stains on the jackets still there. They offered to send them through again, and this time marked the spots down. I agreed. Came home and then noticed my pants still had the same stain too -- right on the thigh, not sure how it was missed?? Also noticed one of my scarves was snagged completely from top to bottom. Nobody mentioned this to me at pick up. Went back to pick up the 2 jackets and drop off the pants for round 2. (Didnt bother with scarf -- knew they wouldnt agree they did it!). One jacket was fixed, other had no changes. I asked what happened, if they tried something new. Nobody knew anything or cared to look into it for me. I requested refund, since they werent able to tell me if they tried fixing it. Told NO refunds at all -- they cant help it if they cant fix it. Offered to run it through a 3rd time and try a BETTER chemical that only the owner has access to. What?? Why wouldnt you do that the FIRST time? Or SECOND time? Why give me a dirty product back and wait for me to request a 3rd run with "your best chemicals?" I am now left with 2 uncleaned items, one snagged scarf, and no refund offers, or any other attempt at satisfying this customer (discounts, etc). I would not recommend them, based on quality of their product and customer service.

They ruined my dress and I was told its "not their fault" by the owner. They ruined a $100 dress and offered me 10% off my next dry cleaning bill...as if Id be back!!! I have always taken my dry cleaning here and was for the most part satisfied. Occasionally items would come back a little wrinkled, but nothing I couldnt live with. Ive taken a particular dress there two other times and it came back fine. The third time I took a bunch of items along with the dress. When I picked up my items, they tried to hide the damage and didnt even bring it to my attention. When I asked where all the gems had gone, they disappeared in the back for a bit then came back with "they burned off the dress and we had to dry clean three times to try and fix." It was by no means fixed. The dress was for a wedding I was attending and was flying out of town at 8am the next morning and it was completely ruined. The owner wasnt at the store but they called him and over the phone he told me it wasnt his problem my dress was ruined. No offer to help pay for a new dress, no sign of apathy or remorse. Dont get your clothes dry cleaned here unless you want to take a gamble on expensive clothing items getting completely ruined!!

I found this dry cleaner through one of their coupons and consider them a local gem! I dont doubt that the few negative reviewers here may have had an UNUSUAL situation, but this place does very good business (and based on some of the cars of the other customers) they clean expensive garments well too. Of course, it is also possible the negative reviews were planted by competitors. Nevertheless, I have used their laundry services mostly--with some dry cleaning--for three years. They have NEVER lost an item, they have NEVER had an order that wasnt ready on time and I have ALWAYS been pleased by the quality. Of course, the primary reason I go there is because of their prices, but they launder my Tommy Bahama shirts just fine! To tell the truth, I am totally surprised there arent oodles of excellent reviews for this business here! I am sure most of their customers have used them for years, and as I said, it is clear the business THRIVES! If they were (in general) as terrible as a couple of the reviewers say, do you really think they would have all those customers? There are dry cleaners every few blocks in that neighborhood! Enough said!

Make sure to check all your items BEFORE you leave. I have had several occasions now where my item either had a snag/pull, missing button, missing rhinestone or wasnt fully pressed.

Dont bring your wedding dress here. Its only $15 to get it cleaned, but take it to another place and invest the money in getting it cleaned and taken care of properly.
