I had a very bad experience at this place when i got there to drop my laundry off the could not find my name by my phone number ok when i told the guy (owner) my name he laughed and said what kind name is that ok next so i asked the lady if she can alter my pants so the owner being so controlling he kept saying something which i was not able to understand him ok 7 days later i got there to pick up my clothes he gave me somebody else"s laundry saying is yours is yours no i kept saying to him no is not mine ok finally i told him to call me when he finds MINE laundry so he called couple of hours later i got there he gave me mine laundry but somebody else"s bill to pay of $38 when i asked him he mentioned some kind a service which i did not even asked for just just terrible i wont recommend this place to anyone and i for SURE won"t go back to this place

Three reasons for five *s: #1 Customer service was excellent and very adaptable to my needs. #2 went beyond my expectation and #3 clothes were done in a timely manner so that theyd be ready based on my individual schedule. Being in the medicine my attire varies from scrubs to business causal with white coat plus on top of my regular clothes I felt very pleased overall and would suggest giving them a tire.

THEY REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB. And the price is fair. I get my dry cleanings at many places laces between AZ and FL, these nice folks really treat you like a values customer. I have my fancy ball gowns, wedding dress and mens expensive suits done here and IT IS ALWAYS SUPERBLY DONE!

The folks at Diamond Cleaners are the best of Scottsdale! They do a most excellent job in laundering and dry cleaning and the staff is phenomenal. The alterations are truly works of art. A diamond in clothing care compared to other cleaners anywhere. A wonderful gem!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Got two suits fitted, and the turn around was very quick, prices affordable. The suits fit PERFECTLY. I dont trust any other tailor to alter my clothes. Sue and her husband are great people, and theyve made me a customer for life!
