DO NOT TAKE YOUR BEAUTIFUL WEDDING DRESS HERE ANY DRESSES!!!! This place did the MOST Meanest, ugliest, hateful thing to me. I recently had wedding and decided to take my very special wedding dress here TO BE CLEANED. But what they did was way was a nightmare!!! I dropped my dress of with only the ruffles dirty at the bottom and I wanted that to be cleaned. Instead, I got my beautiful dress back dirty with black shoe prints ALL on it, all kinds of Dirt and Dust in between the layers with leaves, and the Train of the dress was TOTALLY SPLIT IN HALF. They SPLITthis dress in half, stepped on it repeatedly, and dragged it all over the floor. (I cant post the pictures from my phone OR I would) Then gave it back to me like it was totally INTENTIONAL! (Something like out of a Cinderella movie) these people do very ugly mean things to your beautiful things) How can they do that to anybody, I dont even know the ladys that work there. Why they would to this, is Totally beyond me. THIS was hateful, ugly, UNIMAGINABLE!!! I never did anything mean to these people to deserve this!!! This dress I worked SO hard for. I worked so hard to wear it too. I had had a Holy Matrimony, anybody who knows what that is, Knows its something that really needs to be earned. I had every intention of having her for generations. This dress had a ridiculous amount of special meaning to me. And it was EXPENSIVE to ME. I cant believe this can actually happen to ANYBODY.

How this cleaners got more than a 1 star rating is beyond me. Please people dont use this place. Its not worth it. Took some brand new jeans in to get starched and a couple pair had a cuff at the end. When I asked what happened they didnt have a cuff when brought them in why now. She stated that sometimes that happens when they starch them. I looked at her and told her this wasnt acceptable and she had the nerve to have an attitude. Really lady they isnt realize this. I mean come on two out of four have a starched cuff and NOBODY realize this is not right. PEOPLE DONT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! Oh and the new shirts I asked to be starched had no starch at all!!!!!

Time was that id be there at least once a week but after changing jobs, Suit waring has stopped and my wife began handling her own Dry cleaning drops and pickups..These are some Great people..Ive come by several minutes after closing..The owner has ALWAYS opened up to save the day.. Face it. Dry Cleaning is a commodity now. Cost is important in good work but service is king and Express Cleaners is the Whole Package..The best at what they do.. If you ask them to repair something..theyll try to accommodate ..You can not hold them to HIGH standards as you would for Dry cleaning..If youre in a jam, theyll help. YOU cant ask for better than that.

Someone that doesnt take it

I took a new comforter that got a little bit duty because my dog, and they actually gave me back to me the comforter with the same exact stains in the same spots plus 2 stains wasnt there before, when I showed them and ask for my money back showing them the stains they said they dont give money back, and I said its fine as long you clean perfectly fine my comforter, so I leave again for second time when I came back and check it at my house some of the stains where gone but not all of them..... Save your self time and money take your items somewhere else.

I hardly ever go to the dry cleaners, but had a couple of items that I felt uncomfortable laundering myself. Upon returning to pick up, my items went missing. They kept in contact with me and finally called me letting me know my items were found. When I picked them up, I didnt even have to ask if I had to pay.. The cute young lady said "oh, there is no charge". That is good customer service. I will be going back.

11/12 After going in for a simple pocket alteration, they did a less than sub-par job . The pockets were uneven , and the hole is still there . The employee there was reluctant to issue a refund , and would not contact her manager/owner to make a call. Due to this extremely inept service , and the employees demeanor, we do not recommend this place whatsoever. Not sure why this place has made it this far.

We have. Been going there ever since it opened n has no problem, but this past year they have been switching shirts on us. I buy all my husband shirts,and they are keeping Rays long sleeves shirts, n trading them with short sleeved ones. This time we got a Docker shirt with button down collar. I have tried calling them but they dont answer. Gidget Zeek

Its an excellent dry cleaning shop. They not only do the dry cleaning, but also do the laundry and Ironing. I spend just $20 every month and I get all my office clothes laundered and Ironed.
