I came here only for alterations as I saw a giant side indicating that they did those. I brought in a cocktail dress that had a long strap and a pair of jeans that had the button out. The cashier asked me to fit into the dress and checked how many inches to take off the strap so it would fit better. She then told me how much each would cost and gave me a ticket for pick up (with no price on it). When I returned, she charged me a different amount. Apparently she is not the tailor so she only gave me a ballpark number and only the tailor could provide the accurate pricing (yet he was not there when I dropped my clothes off). I was not happy about the change of price but luckily she agreed to charge me only what she promised to apologize for the confusion.

Im really disappointed that when I arrived at 7:30am this morning, despite their website saying they are open at 7, they were closed. The hours on the door cited opening at 8am, which for people who work 8-5 is inconvenient. This cleaner is the closest by, but Ill be going elsewhere due to their morning hours and website inconsistencies.

I took two blankets to be dry cleaned. I dropped them off on Saturday, and they said to come back on Thursday. My blankets were not ready to be picked up, and they told me to come back the following day, so I was upset. Plus, my bill was $56. Not happy.
