If I could give this place a no star rating, thats what I would give them. The manager/owner basically told me to leave when I came in to complain about two pairs of pants that they shrank. I tried explaining that the pants did not fit me after they had been dry cleaned at their store and I even brought in another pair of pants they had cleaned for me (same brand, same length, same material as others) to show the difference. He looked at the tags and said "these arent the same pants" so how do you know they shrank?" I tried explaining that the pants dont fit because they shrank and that Their store was the only place where I had my pants dry cleaned. He said "that did not happen here." So, he kind of admitted the pants shrank but said it didnt happen there. (Implying either I did it or another cleaner did??) I asked if it was possible that the pants were accidentally washed instead of dry cleaned and hes said that was impossible, they have not shrunk any other customers pants and that he thought "your pants just dont fit you any more, and you want me to buy you new pants". We argued for a while but needless to say he was a jerk (and I told him so in not such nice language). So, I left feeling completely insulted and offended by his implications that I was lying and trying to squeeze money out of him. Oh, and not to mention the accusation that I gained weight and I was trying to get him to pay for new pants. What a jerk!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im actually in shock at how incredibly rude they were. I am a regular customer here, so this morning I brought in my suits to be dry cleaned as I usually do. I was on the phone with my boss at the moment. The gentleman at the counter kept taking customers from behind me in line, and I couldnt figure out why until he told me, "We cant serve you until you get off the phone." I explained that I could give him my information for the order very quickly without hanging up, but he continued to REFUSE. Sorry, but I didnt realize I was doing my dry cleaning at the LIBRARY. When I hung up on my BOSS to give him my information, the man at the counter told me that he, "didnt like me", so I should leave. Since WHEN is it acceptable to treat a customer this poorly for ANY reason?! I am sorry to say I will no longer be a customer of this establishment, and if anyone reading this expects to be treated even remotely well, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible. I recently moved to the area and decided to try them. Bad Decision. I took in a pair of pants with a coffee stain, and made it a point to mention the stain. They didnt seem to care. After the first day, the stain was still there, almost as if they pressed the pants and nothing else. Took them back the 2nd day, only to come back to find that they STILL hadnt taken care of the stain. Said they would be done by noon on the Third Day... Went at noon and was told they werent done yet. Evening of the THIRD day, I finally got my pants back and they actually got the stain. This place is extremely cheap, and you get EXACTLY what you pay for. STEER CLEAR!!!

Pride cleaners ruined one of my very expensive shirts, and the woman there in the Holladay location refused to remedy the situation. This was a brand new shirt that I only wore twice. There was a tear that I noticed when I took it out of the cleaners plastic wrapping that was clearly made by applying too much heat to the shirt. The woman proceeded to tell me that if only wore twice I should be able to get my money back from where I bought, clearly ignoring the fact that my shirt was in perfect condition when I took it to noPride Cleaners. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN, AND WILL STEER EVERYONE I KNOW AWAY FROM IT.

Horrible. We had few orders come back heavily starched even after requesting no starch. Had to have the words NO STARCH written on the bottom of the next orders. Then we had several pieces come back dirty on a few occasions even after speaking with employees & the management. Nothing like saving a dollar to press stains into $80 dress pants. We will not be going back.

This is the best place I have found for good dry cleaning at a great price. To dry clean my king size down comforter was $20.00, wow! The employees are always very freindly and they have good customer service.

For the money, they cannot be beat. Their one-low-price per item on dry cleaning cannot be beat. I have used them for several years, with no problems. Go here and save your money for something else.

went here for 10 years, until i moved to the west side of salt lake valley- still cant find a cleaner as cheap or good as these guys. I still take my shirts over there when i have time!

This is a great place. We drive a half hour because you will not beat the price. They are friendly every time I have gone in. We will not go any where else.
