On Tuesday I brought in a prom dress for dry cleaning, along with another dress I wanted to get a temporary stitch put in. There was a man workout there who said he wasnt familiar with anything and that he was simply filling in for someone else. The seamstress came out from the back and looked at the dress and told me she wasnt able put a temporary stitch, the dress would have to be cut. So I politely declined after she stated it would be $40 for that. I said I still needed the dry cleaning so I paid the $10, got my receipt and they told me itd be ready on Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday I decide I would take my service dog harness in to have the patches stitched on. They said no problem but it wouldnt be ready until Wednesday of next week. Im not in a hurry so no big deal. I paid $10, got my receipt and left. Then I get a text from this lady telling me that I didnt pay for the dry cleaning because my ticket wasnt stamped "PAID". I explained Im not familiar with their policies and was unaware it needed to be stamped paid but that I did pay the money and provided her with a detailed account of who was there and the exact bills I provided. She then said that I didnt pay and I could pay went I picked up the harness on Wednesday. No Im not paying twice for dry cleaning and no Im not doing further business that gave me a receipt and then told me I didnt pay. So not only did they call me a liar but a thief as well. I paid $10 for a dress to be dry cleaned and I paid $10 for the harness but picked up a unfinished harness because I refuse to pay $20 to get a dress dry cleaned. Dont do business with these people, youll learn the hard way as I did. Ill take my business elsewhere. I hope the dude that took my money was able to get himself some dinner or something since he probably pocketed my cash. Ill take my business elsewhere

I have been a long time customer of this biz. I went in Wednesday to drop a pair of pants off to be hemmed. After the fitting I asked if I could use the bathroom and they said yes. As I walked towards the back of the shop to the bathroom a small white dog jumped out from behind furniture and bit me on the leg. I dont expect to be bitten by a dog when I visit a biz. I was willing to overlook that, but things got worse. She said the pants would be available Fri. I explicitly asked what time and she said "anytime Friday". So I went in about noon and the pants were not ready. So I wasted 30-40 minutes travel time. When I returned the owner (Amy) was there and I told her that I was very unhappy about having to drive there twice to get my pants (not the first time this has happened). She really didnt seem to care at all about my inconvenience. To make my point I told her that I should get a discount to compensate me for my time and inconvenience and she offered a 10% discount (i.e. $1 on a $10 hem). I told her that was an insult and asked her what 30-40 minutes of her time was worth. When I mentioned the dog bite (she wasnt there on Wed) she acted as if she didnt believe me and could frankly care less. She asked if I called animal control. I said no, but I sure would now. Getting bitten by a dog and not having the pants ready when explicitly stated with virtually no customer empathy is just too much. I think any astute biz person would have apologized profusely and offered to give me the $10 hem for free. But evidently the $9 was more important to her than my continued biz and good will. Please excuse me while I call animal control.

The people are nice enough but the prices are crazy high. $15 for a knee length dress? (No tulle, lace, etc..Pretty basic dress) and $10 for a scarf? I asked about the prices before leaving my stuff, but the older woman didnt know and pointed to a list on the counter... Those prices were not the same as I was charged. The price listed for a blouse was $7.25 but I was charged $8.50. while the place is closest to my work, I wont ever be back.

Awesome alterations! I brought in 7 dresses on a Friday to get hemmed up and requested the owner to have it ready by the following Tuesday. The owner was so sweet and kind to me; she got it done a day ahead of schedule. Thats what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! All my dresses turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this place!

I had a rush job for a wedding and they rose to occasion and got my sons pants hemmed in a matter of hours. The other places said it would be a week minimum and they were much more expensive! 30 Minute Alterations is phenomenal - this is where I will be coming from now on!

Tailor seemed clueless and was in a hurry. The prices are way too high for alterations, I would have been better off going to Nordstroms. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. When I returned to pick up my jacket and pants, they had lost both of my hangers.

The tailoring was done well, in less time than they stated it would take, for the price quoted, and with friendly service. The staff was also very kind to call me about some ties I left behind. Would definitely use their service again.

I had two pairs of corduroy pants that needed tapering. It was a better investment than buying two new pairs of pants! They let me try them on to make sure I was satisfied. On top of it all, they were both timely and friendly.
