Owner was apologetic but ran the charge 5 times because he was having problem with credit card machine. He said it has been happening but yet continues using that vendor. The cost of a cheap vendor is low customer satisfaction. Not very organized and he was a bit frustrated that he could not find me in the system at first too. I will go somewhere else from now. The location is difficult to get to as well not worth the risk of crashing.

Nightmare!!! They just lost another item of expensive clothing and were DONE!!! They are now under new ownership and apparently dont have a clue on how to run this business. We had been a loyal customer for the past few years but we have definitely thrown in the towel after loosing several hundred dollars in lost items over the past 90 days!! GOOD LUCK

I have been using this cleaner for the last five years. I take three to four full dress suits and shirts per week. They have always been able to take out any stain on those and are flexible with different types of garments. They have done leather jackets as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

great cs service... also very fast they evan have same day!!.. price is normal as well.. trust me i know everyone is on a budget.. but the really do a good job

Zero stars. Terrible company. Ruined a brand new shirt and shrunk it down to nothing. A dry clean only shirt that cost a $150.00 and only worn once.
