We came to the Scottsdale area about 3 years ago. I tried at least 6 different cleaners before I found Natural Cleaners. They are honest, are gentle with the cloths, and they do small things that no one else does. I was missing a button on some shorts, and they just replaced it as part of the cleaning service - I didnt even ask. I have and will continue to strongly recommend them to my friends and family.

I just called up asking about ladies dress prices and the lady hung up on me when I asked several times what her starting prices were. I could not understand what she was saying due to her thick Asian accent, I called back again because I was hung up on the first time, only to ask again and get told I told you the first time... Then I got hung up again. Poor customer service and will never call again.

We have used these cleaners for a couple of years now. They do a very nice job and we have always been happy with them from a cleaning perspective. They are courteous but because of their accents can be hard to understand at times which should not be mistaken for bad customer service. If you are looking for good cleaners in the area, they are a great option and the only ones I would recommend.

I just came from picking up my dry cleaning and got yelled at by the owner for trying to get a coffee at the same time. I calmly explained that I was trying to consolidate my visits to get my errands done but was quickly scolded and reprimanded. It is a shame since I have used this business for years at both the Scottsdale and Gilbert locations. I wont be frequenting them any more.

Very unfriendly and rude. Need a lesson in customer service. Used them before since I live near by but not any more.
