I took two shirts to alter from long sleeve to short and have cleaned. Charged (PREPAID)$63 and the stitching came undone on the 2nd day. I am a flight attendant and cant just stop being after work. My back up shirt came unstitched as well. It did wait until I was driving home... I prepaid $63 for two shirts to come unraveled in five days time. I didnt catch the shoddy work until I was already on my way to the airport to work my flights.... Just took both shirts back to my regular cleaners (whos seamstress was on vacation) and they will fix, restitch and clean both shirts for $38??? Also please note many of the reviews are made up with commercial photos from the website. Believe me with over 1500 flight crew personnel we all talk about good deals and not so good... And with my uniform falling apart at the seams literally I said where they were altered and it spoke volumes! So in other words ... Bye, bye, and I wont be back again!

I began using Jordan Cleaners because of their low prices..from the first day i walked into the establishment Le has always treated me like she has known me for her entire life, and like I was family. Most recently i went into pick up my shirt and she said asked if i needed my shirt today, to which i replied no...she then asked if i could come back the next day to pick it up, she said that she wasnt happy with the way it turned out and is having it cleaned once again for me at no charge. She told me that she noticed a spot on the shirt that she wanted to get out. Thank You Le

I have been taking my cleaning, shirts, suits, pants, even my nicer shorts, to Jordan Cleaners since my wife died 5 1/2 years ago. She never taught me to iron so I depend on Lee and her husband to keep me looking nice and spiffy. They have never failed me. I take and pickup a load weekly and I will continue as long as I wear clothes that need to be ironed and look presentable. Lee and her husband make you feel like a friend instead of a customer. It brightens up my day every time I visit there. Which is every week. I highly recommend Jordan Cleaners in West Jordan.

Mrs. Le is the most professional and fun-loving dry cleaner Ive ever had the pleasure if doing business with. I came to her in an emergency situation needing both cleaned and pressed for a wedding we are going to and it needed to he done same-day, while others flat out told me "No." She was more than happy to not only take my business. But to stay late to ensure it was done, and had a smile on her face and joked with me about is sharing the same name. She overall made it a very pleasant experience for me when it was something I was stressing about.

These folks are the very best. They know what is best for your clothes even if you dont. We havent used a professional cleaner for quite some time because the ones we have experienced have had little or no friendly customer service. This is not a requirement necessarily, but it sure goes a long way to make you feel more confident in their abilities. Our clothes are always exactly the way we asked them to be and Lee is always friendly and complimentary of our business. I cant imagine a cleaner that could take our business away from them.

Jordan Cleaners has been cleaning my suites and shirts for several years. I regularly (every 2-3 weeks) drop-off my clothes and have always been happy with their service. Occasionally I have had them mend/repair my suits and they have always done a great job. My wife and I comment that we cant believe the hours the owners work. They are always there and always friendly. Jordan Cleaners is open from 7am to 7pm M-F and 7am to 5pm on Saturday. I highly recommend Jordan Cleaners!!

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Mrs Le and Jordan Cleaners for a couple of years and havent ever had a problem. She has been fantastic! She always checks my suits for any problems and fixes them for a very good price. There have been times when I was late getting to their shop to pick up my cleaning and they were still there after their posted hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaner in the West Jordan area.

They do quality work, they will go through each piece of clothing with you and make sure they find every stain and loose seam. Dont go if you are in a rush because it does take longer to get your cloths checked in, but it is worth the wait and they can do quick work (same day) if you request it. Fair prices for cleaning and if you want it stiching it is hard to find it cheaper. Also you get a tootsie roll each time you come in

Do not take alterations to this cleaner. They have a sign in the window but they dont have the skills to do alterations. I brought my suit to be altered and they nearly ruined it. I had to take it to another place to undo the damage. They made a hole in a new shirt then tried to make me believe it had already been there. Do not go here if you want your clothes to come back looking nice.

Le is truly one of the most friendly people Ive ever met. Ive been going to her for only a few months, but shes already become a friend. Shes kind and fun and I honestly look forward to seeing her every week. My clothes always look super sharp and theyre always done on time. I cant think of anything that would make me switch cleaners. This place is the best!

This is definitely the best cleaners in town. Les service is real nice & friendly , but best of all quality is great, prices are very fair and they are fast. Very realiable quality dry cleaning. My wife and i knoe this business for 10 yrs noe and we dont wanna go any where else. We just sent a ehose comforter set and they AWESOME. Thank you LE!!.

I always paid upfront. The one time I didnt, I was charged triple the amount when I picked up my clothing. I was called about a few missing buttons, and was told it would be just a few dollars more to have them fixed. I agreed. Never shouldve done it. I was taken to the cleaner...by the dry cleaner! I wont be going here again.

The best $10 I spend each week is at Jordan Cleaners. They clean my husbands work shirts (so I dont have to). The shirts are clean and well pressed. The buttons are never broken. The owner greets me at the door every week and asks me how my day has been. I look forward to going there to visit with them.

Amazing place and Mrs. Lee was very helpful in cleaning clothes and tailoring/altering my pants. Prices are very fair. Even the customer before me, she told them that please come and tell me whats wrong and we can work it out, which I appreciated a lot. Great place and highly recommended!

Le and the rest of the staff were so friendly and they made my wedding dress (which had dirt and chocolate stains from 10+ years ago) look brand new! The price was perfect, much lower than I expected. Stellar experience all around! Im still amazed at how prestine my wedding dress looks!
