Probably the rudest service Ive encountered in Arizona in my life. Almost took my clothes back the first time I went becasue the guy behind the counter was so rude (was mad I was using an online coupon). Decided to give them a second chance because its right on my way to work. Again, was mad I was using a coupon and told me he wasnt interested, "too cheap with coupon" and sent me on my way....no sorry, no explination, just said no leave, very rude. Obviously, wont be going back and if youre thinking of giving these guys a try, Id think again, especially if you are thinking about taking advantage of one of the offers they have posted on their windows, on the street, on their windows, on the web, etc...

Absolutely horrible place to do business. The lady at the front could not quote me any price with certainty. When she finally did by saying "I think that is $18", she could not show me a price sheet to explain why it would be so expensive to dry clean a dress. I showed her my coupon for 60% off and she said I would only get 10% off because all prices are already 50% off. That is total mismarketing! The coupon came from their website with no explanation of anything. She called her boss who would not even take the time to explain it to me. I am totally appalled by the level of customer service and the extremely outrageous pricing.

Keep your receipts for the staff you bring to clean, because it could be lost. They lost my blouse and in 3 weeks I got small portion of its cost.
