Im a customer for life, as long as the management doesnt change. I dropped off my clothes on a Wednesday morning and was helped by the General Manager of this location. He was very helpful and got me set up for the 24 hour kiosk pickup. On Thursday when I went to pick them up my son was very excited to see how the kiosk worked, he loves machines. Sadly the kiosk didnt work for me because of a small input error. Not a big deal, my son still got to see how the clothes were delivered and he also was able to get a sucker while he was in there. After the General Manager discounted my bill, not because I asked him to as I understand mistakes happen, the General Manager walked the clothes out to my car for me. Not only did he walk the clothes out and place them in my trunk but he opened the doors for my children and reminded them to buckle up. Finally he opened my door for me and thanked me for my business. On a side note, as I pulled around from the drive through to park so I could go in and get my clothes, I watched as the General Manager was in the parking lot picking up trash. Being in a business where lot presentation is a big deal I was impressed to see him out there taking pride in his business. Overall, great service, great management, great staff, and the shirts? Perfect. Everytime.

Tide Dry Cleaners is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately I am unable to make it to the store during normal business hours but that is why I love their 24 hour service. I was kindly set up by one of the associates, given a bag, and I am ready to go. I pile my items in the bag throughout the week, drop my bag off after hours in the drop box and within 24 hours I have an email letting me know my items are ready! I can pick them up any time and do not have to worry about running out there before 5 or 6 pm. All of the associates I have interacted with there have been great and very helpful. Thank you for making this small item in my life so simple.

I love Tide Dry Cleaners! I have used other dry cleaners for years and was consistently underwhelmed with the service (not bad, but not good). I thought that was par for the course, until Tide came to town. Every interaction with Tide has shown me what great service means. I love the attention to detail and the ability to simply track my order progress via the app. I love that I can drop on an order on my way into work and pick it up on my way home. Thank you!

Best dry cleaner I have ever used. They always go the extra mile to take care of anything. They really do care about their customers. My clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean. The service is also so fast and convenient. I always use the 24 hour kiosk. This is the only place I would trust with my clothing.

They did a great job on our coats and suits. They were done by the next day. We walked them inside the first time and setup an account, and the staff was very helpful at showing us how to use their system to make it even faster and more convenient for us in the future. They always email coupons too.
