I recently had the pleasant experience of dealing with Anita Oliveri of the Spring Bengtzen group. While in Memphis, planning our move to the Ogden area, I began my online house search. After I visited the Liveutah site, Anita contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for in a new home. We "clicked" immediately, and shared a few conversations and some laughs during the months I tried to get my home sold. When I finally made it to Utah, Anita invited me to lunch and introduced me to a couple of people, helping me to feel welcome. Our house hunt lasted another year while we waited for my home in Memphis to sell. She was patient while I searched, and agreed that I finally had found the perfect home. Another person in her office happened to live near my house and came by to pick up some paperwork so I wouldnt have to go to the office. They helped me find the best financing and handled all the selling details beautifully.

I worked with Patrick and he was awesome!! From the moment I called Spring Bengtzen and her team I knew I had picked the right realtor. I had a very short window to buy a home because we were moving in from out of state. Patrick, very quickly accessed my wife and Is needs and our personality and put us in a position to make an offer on the right house in the right neighborhood, and he was spot on. This is the third home I have bought a home, and before Patrick I had not had any positive relationships with real-estate agents. It always seemed they wanted what was best for them and not for me. Patrick and all the people at Utah Life were different, they are genuine, kind, and build a relationship with their clients that last beyond the purchase or sale of a property. As someone buying a home that Anita Oliveri with the Keller Williams group listed, she was near impossible to work with. She always left responses until the last possible minute (like 20 minutes before a deadline), her first response to every request was rude and snappy (until she realized we might walk away from the sale then her tone would totally change), and she failed to disclose the neighborhood rules until after we had closed on the house. That is not only unprofessional but illegal, she opened herself and her sellers up to a lawsuit for failing to disclose an important item about the home during the sellers disclosures. I would never recommend working with her, perhaps she works hard for her sellers but as a buyer I almost walked away from the sale, not because of the house, but because of how difficult it was to work with the agent.

We are from MA and recently purchased a home in Eden, UT. Our broker, Anita Oliveri, was extremely knowledgeable and aware of our needs. We signed the purchase and sales agreement and the next day flew home to MA. Anita followed up with the sellers and their broker and took care of all of the details in our absence. She was in direct communication with us throughout the sales process. Anita and Spring Benzington handled the offer and purchase long distance for us. Springs electronic forms allowed us to easily sign all of the paperwork involved in the sale. Spring and her staff quickly turned around the paperwork so that everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Our home was under contract in less than 24 hours from the time it was put on MLS - sounds great, right? But the real work began when the buyer no longer qualified for the VA they had hoped for and werent able to get FHA or Conventional Financing. Spring and her team was able to put together a seller-financed option that got us what we needed and helped the buyer out as well. Spring always communicated directly and was upfront on all the questions I threw her way. She always had our best interest in mind and didnt have any problems "telling it like it was" with the buyers. Spring and her team helped turn a complicated situation into something that worked.

I cannot begin to express the appreciation I have for Spring, Karlie and Hannah. Karlie was the one who showed me the places I was interested in and she was so friendly, professional and patient with me - she would show me places several times if needed, be available for me any time I needed her 7 days a week, answer my questions immediately by text or phone and even showed me around the Ogden area since it was new to me. As for Spring and Hannah, it was the same treatment - if I phoned or emailed they were quick to respond. I am very appreciative to all of them for making it possible for me to buy the perfect place for me.

She went at our pace, watched our reactions to the homes and suggested or modified our viewing list based on her observations.
