Went in with my kids for a quick lunch. Cashier seemed SO put out by even having to take an order! When I got my sandwich, it wasnt warm at all, so I asked if they could toast it some since Ive never had ice cold pastrami before and wasnt willing to try today. Got it back drowning in mustard and decorated with bits of charcoal all over it. One employee walked by and asked if they could microwave it for me. I was touched by her willingness to help, but MICROWAVED? Really? Yuck. Anyway, the center of my sandwich remained ice cold. I gave up. Called the manager in the evening and explained how unpleasant my experience was, she responded that she would have a talk with the members of that shift. That is all. No offer to make it right. Nothing. Every other Kneaders weve been to has been a pleasant experience. This one, not so much. I wont be back. Staff all seemed like theyd rather be virtually anywhere else but working there today. And it showed with how we were served and dealt with.

Had a cranberry turkey, reuben sandwich and an éclair. The cranberry turkey sandwich was on croissant bread. It had little meat or sauce and the turkey was dry. The meat was placed in a presentation manner so that when the sandwich was cut it appeared to have more meat than it did. It came with a side of potato chips that were lightly salted and I believe it had some parmesan cheese sprinkled on them which was an interesting touch. They were thicker than lays potato chips, less salty but were sadly soggy. It also came with a side salad of lettuce with balsamic vinegar. It was ok. The reuben had some nice bread but had an after taste that left me with a craving for an Arbys reuben sandwich. The éclair was good. Was pricey.

I have been to the Layton Kneaders about a half dozen times and always enjoyed it. However I went there yesterday and I got a piece of turtle cheesecake. Much to my dismay as I ate it I found a hair in the cake. Totally spoiled my appetite and when confronting the manager he only said we can give you something else. No thanks. You need to make it a company policy for your employees to wear hair nets under their hats. Then it will be a lot better. If I dont see this change in the near future, I will not be going here again ever!!!

I personally love Kneaders but my husband has a lot of food sensitivities especially to soy and the last time he ate there post a 1+ year elimination diet he had the worst soy reaction of anywhere we have ever eaten! I assume it is a primary base in all of their sauces and who knows what else. I just wish they would be more conscious in using real ingredients such as olive oil instead of soy which is a dangerous product whether you experience outward symptoms or not.

Zero complaints about the food. We have tried so many things and never hated anything. The customer service is always top knotch. Even in the drive thru, which I feel like is rare. Sometimes it feels like it takes a lot longer than other drive thrus.. but.. they arent just dropping chicken nuggets in the fryer, haha. So, its to be expected and worth it. I just wouldnt pick Kneaders if you were in a big hurry. If not, its a good choice everytime.

This has to be one of the worst Kneaders that I have ever been to! To start off I ordered at turkey bacon avocado on sourdough, now the bread was good, BUT if I am to pay $10+ for a sandwich it had better be a "$10 sandwich" there was little to no meat and I found a big whoppin 2 small slices of avocado. This sandwich was a joke, dont go here unless you love forking out money for the bare minimum.

Today was my first time eating here. I had heard great things, so we were excited to go. Unfortunately it was an awful experience. The manager refused to make any food substitutions for my daughters lunch (she has food allergies and we also do not eat pork due to religious reasons). I am very disappointed with the customer service we received.

I absolutely love Kneaders! It is usually busy in the mornings because their breakfast food is amazing! The all-you-can eat French toast is my favorite breakfast food. And it is cheap! The service is great. Last time I went the staff came out and asked us if we wanted any more French toast before they stopped serving breakfast.

Last night I went to this Kneaders and had a amazing experience! We just ordered desserts, and in the end had a mix up and did not get what we had wanted. The awesome ladies at the front fixed it no questions asked! It was awesome and not a big hassle. I love how friendly they were about it too! Thanks ladies!! You rock!

I go here alot during report card time. They give free donuts up to six As on your childs report card. We always love their free hot donut. I do a home daycare and this is a great place for a field trip as well. The kids get to see how donuts are made and get a free donut. The staff is always very friendly.

I just ordered a half of a turkey, bacon avocado salad. it was basically a bowl of romaine lettuce with 3 grape tomatoes, MAYBE a half a strip of bacon and about 1.5 oz of turkey. This was HARDLY a salad I was expecting from Kneaders, maybe Wendys. Sad and totally disappointed!

Good food. Sometimes when they are busy they can get a little cartels with orders. 2 of the last 3 times I have been, I have received the wrong thing. Check your takeout order before you leave. They do always make it right though after you bring it to their attention.

We got here at 8:50 am place was pretty empty. it is now 9:20 place is full still dont have the 2 orders of French toast we ordered. It is French toast for crying out loud takes no time to make. With a full place the staff was still moving like they were empty.

Great customer service. Ive been to a kneaders and this is the first time Ive been to this one. They were so nice. I asked for a bowl of broccoli soup and they only had a cup left so they gave me what was left PLUS a bowl of chicken noodle soup because.

Close to the same speed of fast food, but wit much healthier options and still plenty tasty. We regularly buy their 100% Whole Wheat and just take it home for our bread. We also really like their Veggie Avocado, and several of their chicken sandwiches.

Great food, you cant beat the bottomless French Toast. The pumpkin spice steamer is also great! However, Im sad I wont be coming here to work as I had planned... no WiFi? Really Kneaders? When you offer free WiFi to customers Ill be back.
