I had a great experience with Brandon and Kaden at RMS Electric. I needed some work done on my home electrical panel and sent out a request to 4 different companies in the Davis County area. Brandon replied quickly and was actually the only company to respond. Not only did they respond but they came and did the work that day. The price was more than fair and Kaden the electrician was polite, professional, thorough, and did a stellar job!

I am now changing the review to extremely dissatisfied. I was promised that the charge for their mistake would be removed back on 2/11/11. Today 4/8/11, I looked in my mailbox and received the same bill now 31-60 days late. It looks like were not finished with this just yet.

Ive called three times and got the machine, left messages, and have yet to hear back. The last time I called was over a month ago. Apparently they have enough business that they dont need to answer their phones or return their messages. What a joke of a company.
