Our daughter & husband had a beautiful/high cost ceiling fan that had an inoperable lighting system; we initiated a hunt for a new fan but then decided to locate a fan repair business and located the Brasswinds Fan Doctor. They had a replacement that worked on our fan; they then removed the old wiring, from the old part that we took from the old fan, & reinstalled it in the new assembly. We were amazed with their knowledge of workers on fan repair, speed of replacement, availability of parts and above all was the low cost of the work performed. They had a great attitude and patience. Great place for doing business for fan repair/purchase; they are also very knowledgable for solar installation and the cost comparison between different ownership options. Great family owned/run business; best business of its kind that Ive ever used!

Awesome little fan and lighting shop, they mostly had a unique assortment of fans but they do repairs and service here. This being i said, they helped me do a quick troubleshoot of my fan, didnt charge me and even offered more suggestions. Not many other businesses have this kind of customer service and support please stop by if you need anything fan related they will definetly take care of you!

We purchased a new fan for 500.00. Unfortunately its motor would not work. Fan Doc had us change out the motor controller first. That did not resolve the issue. We were instructed to bring the motor into the store on the 3rd visit. The fan is now working well after installing the replacement motor. Sigh.

This company is the best. My remote control ceiling fan stopped working, the technician came out the next day, completed the repair, their was no mess, he explained the problem, he was very personable, and I would use their service again in a heart beat.

Had an issue with a broken obsolete fan remote. Bryan was extremely helpful. Took a great deal of trouble to find an old replacement and tune it up. Much effort and time for a modest monetary reward. Very impressed and appreciative.

Staff was patient and helpful. The quality of ceiling fans and lights is excellent and offers better warranties than Home depot or Lowes. Fans are cheap, but they are a good value.
