I was told a call would be coming to set up an appointment and I have waited over two weeks that call for an appointment for a kitchen lighting issues. When they finally made the appointment, I was told that "The technician starts at 7 and hell call when hes on his way." What was left out of the conversation completely was that he was going to another call first and would be coming to me after that. There have been several miscommunications and omissions of information made by this company. This is unfortunate, as Ive had them out twice before with reasonable success and excellent service from the actual technician.

This is such a great company. I only used them once, but their professionalism, and clarity is appreciated. Priced reasonably also. I just called again for them to troubleshoot an issue, so I hope the trend continues!
