I love Lyceum Human Performances focus on a total body workout. My arms, legs and core are always engaged in each days workout, so I feel like I am getting the benefits everywhere. The atmosphere is friendly and fun! I enjoy going everyday and feel like I have missed seeing my friends if I am not there. Rob is great at helping everyone on an individual level as well as the group, ensuring that technique is good and that each member can reach his/her potential. My daughter started working out at Lyceum when she was 12 in an effort to add some more activity in her day. She instantly loved it. It helped her to improve her coordination, her endurance and most importantly her confidence with herself. Now she is 14 and is kickin butt with Tracie at the MMA classes. She loves it! Thanks Lyceum for providing a wonderful and safe environment for people of all ages and levels to improve themselves both physically and mentally!

I love this place! I love the people! I love the trainers! I have belonged to every big box gym out there. This is nothing like that. It is like having a personal trainer in a group setting. Rob, also the owner, is amazing at helping each individual perfect their form. He pushes us to be our own personal best and as an added bonus you have your friends there to cheer you on. I have always shied away from weights for fear of "bulking up." I was a cardio, marathon running queen. As Im getting older, I know the importance of weight training, especially as a woman. Now I can carry my 8 year old and two year old at the same time, not that I should lol....but my back no longer hurts. My posture has improved. I have muscles I didnt even know existed. I can eat more and maintain my weight. Check this place out! You wont regret it! Youll be greeted by smiling, friendly faces and trained by the best. See you there!

Ive been coming to Lyceum since October 2014 and I love it! I was a beginner when it came to structured workouts and the trainers helped me modify what I needed to and learn the workouts properly. It is a great atmosphere for any level, whether you are just starting out or already an advanced athlete, everyone trains together! I feel stronger and leaner, and definitely more fit! With a lot of hard work Lyceum has helped me reach goals I never thought I would be able to do. I love the different workouts each day, they always kick my butt! Training together is a big motivator and I love everyone that comes each day, so the social aspect is a plus for me. Nothing compares to Lyceum and the total body workout! So happy I found Lyceum, my life is so much better now that Im happy with my body, I feel more energy, and I feel so much stronger!

This gym is the best! Each day is something new and challenging, so youre never bored of the same old workouts. Everyone pushes each other to do their best, but you never feel SO pushed that you get discouraged youre not doing well enough. There are people of all different strengths and experience which is awesome because you dont feel like youre the only amateur there. The workouts are amazing and kick your butt (in the best way possible.) The trainers are outstanding and truly want you to succeed. Theyll help you with form and make sure youre hitting the right muscles for each exercise. Theyve helped me realize I can push myself harder than I thought I could. Lyceum just really is the best! They have such a variety of classes and you really get your bang for the buck. Thanks Lyceum!

I have been coming to Lyceum for a little over 2 years and absolutely love the community they have created. Lyceum incorporates a great variety of TRX, kettlebell, and body weight movements to give you a well rounded and challenging workout every time. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, well trained, and genuinely care about you and your goals. They take the time to teach proper technique and push you to challenge yourself. I have seen huge improvements in my overall fitness level and strength since starting and couldnt imagine going back to a "normal" gym. No matter what your current fitness level, give Lyceum a try - I promise you wont be disappointed!

If you like great trainers, workouts, facilities and people, you will love Lyceum. I have worked out with the people at Lyceum for several years now and I feel like they are family. I look forward to seeing them every morning at 6 am. The workouts are a combination of TRX, kettlebells, body resistance and tabata. I never get bored with the workouts and they are always challenging. Ive lost inches, weight and body fat since Ive been at Lyceum. Its good for advanced and beginners. Its also not one of those snotty workout places where people take themselves too seriously. We have fun while we workout. Everyone is welcome!

Lyceum has changed the way I look at working out. Before Lyceum it was all about the scale! Since joining Lyceum over 2 years ago I have become so much stronger than I have ever been. I feel better and look better. Lyceum is motivated to teach every member proper technique and ensuring that everything is done properly. They take time with individuals to coach and ensure that you are trained correctly. I love going to Lyceum every morning- the other gym members have become like a second family. Lyceum Human Performance’s focus on proper movement and functional strength is why I am a member of the gym. It’s not about how fast or how much you can lift…but what is the best for your body to maximize your results. Rob Morris’s knowledge and experience of high level training has been a huge benefit to me. I see continually strength and growth from the ever changing workouts. I love Lyceum! Ive been coming since it opened. You get what you pay for no question. Its like having a group personal trainer with planned workouts each day. The workout environment is very fun and friendly. The trainers know what they are doing and take time to teach proper technique. Its great for all levels. Each workout can cater from beginning to advanced.

I tried Lyceum for a month and loved it. I then went back to a typical gym and realized I was able to achieve much better results from the structured group training Lyceum offers. The trainers focus a lot on form which is good for me since Im recovering from a back injury. All of this combined with the overall good vibe the gym has to offer keep me coming everyday.
