The motto here at Planet Fitness is "Judgement Free Zone". Planet Fitness truly is a judgment free zone. The staff are all wonderful. They are always in really great moods...So friendly, personable and ready to help. The atmosphere is stress free, fun to the point you want come back. Its a very welcoming place. Myself and working out did not mix but for the first time ever Im excited to go to the gym. Excited to see the staff and exited to start training. The Gym is new, large and perfectly laid out. Very inexpensive membership that anyone can afford. The equipment is clean and much nicer than I expected it would be. There is a trainer at no additional cost that anyone can go to for help or training. You can set routine appointments with the trainer or if the trainer isnt in the middle of an appointment you can grab him/her whenever you need. You wont find that anywhere else...and certainly not at no additional cost. They have several tanning beds..both stand up and lay down that have new bulbs and are kept up. Several different workout zone areas, classes. Hydro beds and so much more....All included in your membership!! :-)

This "gym" has come a long way in a short amount of time, it is without a doubt the CLEANEST club in the area hands down (pun not intended). The staff is friendly and courteous with a few minor exceptions. I love the "Black card" VIP area, most Fitness clubs that offer this are charging well over $100 per month for a membership. I love the bathrooms, doesnt smell like cleaner or bleach or even after shave, and I see staff always cleaning. I like how they have lowered the music level so you can listen to whatever you want to now without it being drowned out by the FP music. The only criticism I would have currently is that some of the staff spend their entire shift texting, completely oblivious to people standing at the counter. While this does not describe the entire staff, those that engage in this activity do seem to be somewhat miffed when you "interrupt" their text conversation. Other than that, its the best club in the East Valley and trust me, Ive seen them all.

I absolutely love how nice it is there. Its a great place to work out and its not too busy thank fully. Great for those who have high anxiety and want to be healthy but also want to beat the heat. The showers are so nice and everything is very well maintained. There are a few things they could work on. For instance as good as their customer service is, there is this one girl who works nights that is just so unprofessional. She was loudly talking to a fellow co worker talking about how she is flirting with him and its so weird that he hasnt been noticing her trying so hard to flirt with him. And she would not stop jumping around trying to show off her boobs to him, it was completely inappropriate and not what we pay for, other than her everything about that gym is actually pretty decent for the price.

Marco makes my experience at this Planet Fitness 100% more enjoyable. He always goes out of his way to greet me when I enter the gym. Hes always going the extra mile wether its cleaning the gym and the equipment. Or reffiling the cleaning supplies at the stations. I always notice him helping out other memebers with exercise questions, whether its a certain lift, or just a general question. This is the cleanist planet fitness in Arizona and thats a huge part cause of Marco. Hes always in a great mood and it definitely makes the atmosphere in the gym that much better. Hes huge asset to the gym and its overall quality. Couldnt say more great things about him and the gym

love this gym, love the hydro massage beds, i come here after work around 10 pm and im greeted with a smile even at that late hour. then off to the clean changing rooms and then the stretching room. the music playing is not loud and there is so much room to if you just want to keep to yourself. there are no pushy instructors, no grunting meat heads and plenty of machines and weights where you dont need to wait for a machine. i got the black card and it is so worth it , there are discounts on beverages as well as full use of the hydro machines and tanning rooms,best gym ever!!

Aside from the normal gripes about Planet Fitness in general, this is the best gym Ive been to in the valley. The staff is always courteous and helpful 24 hours a day. The gym and locker rooms are immaculately clean at all times. This location has a huge amount of equipment and space so even when its very busy, its not hard to get a workout in. If they had a squat rack and barbell bench area itd be perfect.

I love this Planet Fitness location. The gym is always clean and well stocked, all equipment is in good working order. But above and beyond all of that, all of their staff are helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing them whenever I arrive, and they never fail to say goodbye to me as Im leaving. I highly recommend this location if you enjoy a workout in a clean, pleasant environment.

Very friendly and helpful staff from signing up to be a black card member (highly recommend that option - you get massage beds and tanning booths at your disposal, percentage off of Reebok merchandise at the outlets and online and other perks!) to working out for about a week or so. Definitely would recommend attending the location on Arizona ave in Chandler, AZ!

Clean facility and friendly staff. Ive not run into any problems with the equipment being outdated or unavailable. I enjoy coming here earlier in the morning due to my work schedule and it isnt very busy at all. When I have gone at night, there are definitely more people but not to the point that it is over crowded like at a lot of other gyms.

Tried this location over my standard location and really preferred it. It is a smaller planet fitness. For a morning at 7am, the place was super quiet. The machines were readily available. The staff was super helpful. I brought a friend for the first time and they appily assisted in checking her in. We both felt comfortable here.

If anyone is trying to lose weight and feel better about themselves then this place is the right place for that. Its cheap, easy, and the hours work around anyones schedule. What more can I say? Been a member for six months and lost thirty plus pounds with only working out for four hours a week .

Always friendly but some of the staff know of a person who never cleans down the equipment he uses and laugh it off like hes just a crazy person. I am disgusted! This location is near my home so I like going there but have to clean down the equipment BEFORE I use it and after I use it.

The gym and locker rooms are really clean, the gym itself has a very positive atmosphere, and the black card spa is an awesome perk of having the black card. The staff is also super friendly. Im really glad that I decided to go with Planet Fitness rather than another gym in the area.

I was recently visiting a friend in the area. As we were going by I noticed that your music was extremely loud. While I am from the East Coast, most gyms here may have music playing indoors, it is typically NOT loud enough to be heard from street level as more than a thump.
