I have, in the past, sent all of my packages to the UPS Store. MOST of the time theyve been great. But when they havent been on the ball, its been when Ive really needed them to do a good job. Example: last year they lost a required textbook for two and a half weeks because someone set the package aside and never put a note in the box. When I asked about it, no one knew. It wasnt until I had contacted the seller and shipper and had eliminated every other option and had had to go back and accuse the UPS Store of losing it that they found it. It caused me a lot of unneeded stress. Much more recently, and the reason Im writing this, is because an equally important and anticipated package arrived today SIXTEEN minutes before the store officially opened and no one was there to get it, at 8.44am. I needed it for tonight and paid for faster delivery so I would have it today. Now I have to wait until Tuesday because Monday is labor day. So, most of the time these people do well, but they fail just often enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Ive been a Box Holder at the Lehi UPS store for over 18 months now, and Ive moved apartments twice, each time further from this store. Friends and family keep telling me to get one closer, but Ive dealt with other UPS stores, and this store is unlike ANY other UPS store I have been in. The staff is very friendly, always helpful, and ready to go above and beyond for every customer that steps through their door. They are fully staffed, and it is never difficult to find someone who can answer a question, help make a copy, or look for a package that you were expecting, but that wasnt in your mailbox!! They do get busy at times, but hey, its nice to see were keeping the best UPS store in town in business! Five star experience, again and again!!

Today I sent some files to be printed at the Lehi UPS Store. They had them printed so quickly. We had a slight miscommunication on which files to print, but the employees rectified the situation and reprinted the right files. All was handled professionally. Plus, it cost so much less than a local competitor quoted. Im very pleased with the copy services at the Lehi UPS Store.

This place is really fantastic. I use them as an office away from my office to print, scan and email. Their services are really inexpensive and theyre always really friendly, competent and quick. I have used this UPS Store for the past 8 years and have had zero issues. The employees are always helpful, even when they are busy. The quality is great whether I am using one of their printers to make a couple of copies or I am picking up a huge order that alters the suspension in my car - they are my go to printers.

UPS Lehi store has the best color printing costs BY FAR!! Travis was excellent to get on my email order. He EVEN called me to verify that he received my email and clarified exactly what I needed. He had my order done and waiting for me in minutes. EXCELLENT Service!!!

I used this place to drop off a package for DHL pick up but they didnt hand it over to them until 2 days later.. when I called and asked them why this happened the employee hung up on me. Pretty sad.
