Slowest post office EVER and not very great customer service. I stood in line for twenty mins with my one month old and needed to mail a few books. Id never mailed anything but letters so I thought I would be given the packaging to purchase once it was my turn. When it was finally my turn, she said I needed to go get and purchase a certain type of envelope which I would need to grab and fill out first. I also realized I left the address on a slip of paper in my car. Instead of being kind and offering to grab the envelope while I ran and grabbed the paper in my car, she just apologized and told me to get back in line once I had the envelope filled out. I literally wanted to cry, especially since I was still recovering from a C-section and carrying my baby in the car seat was not easy.

Extremely rude and no customer service whatsoever. Dont bother asking them any questions, the lady told me they are timed on how long they spend with each person. She told me to step aside and come back when I was ready because she was being timed. I had a question and she wouldnt answer it because of a stupid timer and thats more important than helping the customer! If I could give negative stars I would. Went to UPS instead and the lady there was very helpful and did not rush me out. I wished I would have read everyones reviews before I made the mistake of going here.

I havent been getting all of my mail lately. I have had a number of bills that havent been delivered costing me time in contacting businesses and resolving problems. My neighbors, and people that arent close neighbors have been getting my mail and I am getting other peoples mail. When I call the post office, it is busy and after 2 rings it hangs up so I cant get the problem remedied. Yesterday I got NO mail at all and that NEVER happens so I am wondering who got my mail this time. POOR SERVICE from carrier as well as the post office.

Everyday for the last 3 Years we have received everybodys mail that lives on our block! Our mailman is so lazy to even deliver my neighbors mail who rents out the basement. Everytime I have said this isnt our mail I get the same response it needs to be labeled Apt. A or Apt. B which in some cases they do or they say up or down. Not hard to figure out. Other days my mail is stuffed in our mail box crumbled up or pages of magazines are ripped off. It is so irritating! Worst mail service I have ever experienced.

Unhelpful and rude. Didnt bother to actually try to help me or answer my questions. They acted like the questions I had were stupid. Not impressed with the staff. All I wanted was them to verify that the package was now being delivered to my correct address and apparently that was an insurmountable task. I dealt with employees and he supervisor and both were rude and didnt try to help me with my simple question.

Hey, to everyone, DO NOT go to this Post Office, the people who work there gave me a direct number for general delivery, and then suddenly I call one day, the manager picks up the phone and tells me that they cannot do general delivery checks by phone, i didnt believe it then since there were 2 people who told me about it, the employees are dishonest, I dont EVER want to do business here again.

Worst post office ever. I had an issue so I needed to call in. It was kind of an emergency and I was stuck at work so I couldnt go in. I called, they picked up and hung up immediately. I called back a couple more times, same thing. They then proceeded to leave the phone off the hook so no one could get through. Classy.. UPDATE- its now been 3 hours and the phone is still of the hook.

I called the post office when the USPS website was having problems to get help with a package issue. Paul was so helpful--he got me the information I needed, called and texted me with updates, and resolved my issue completely since I wasnt able to take care of it online...this saved me so much stress and a huge heachache. Super impressed with amazing customer service!

2 workers at counter. 30 minutes in line to mail 1 certified letter. Supervisor came out after a lady inquired about picking up a package, helped her, then left again. He clearly could see the long line. Poor supervision of office--Supervisor should be up front helping when he sees lines that long.

Along with agreeing with other posts, whenever I put my mail on hold and request accumulated mail to be delivered, it never happens. I always try calling only to get a busy signal which requires me to then go to the post office to pick it up. Why offer the delivery and not follow through with it?

I always get mail for other addresses, which I then have to drive around town to deliver... and I dont get paid for it that is the mail mans job! Also have mail go missing all the time, probably delivered to someone else who isnt as thoughtful...

Havent ever had any issues. Staff are always friendly. I mean, they have jobs that are very repetitive but they always answer questions and such. Seems like a good branch. Note: Ive only dealt with sending packages. No PO Box or other services.

They need about 7 more of the self serve machines along the walls and windows of the open lobby area then the place would be great. Service is good, but the long lines prompt the above suggestion / request.

Constantly needing to call their office and get the driver to actually deliver the package if too large for their "cluster box" at the door. Too lazy to actually walk down and do it.

The ladies who work here are slower than a baby being born. Must go to Lehi USPS for no lines and fast service
