I live in Provo, Utah and I was heading up to Ogden to help set up for my Aunts wedding reception. When I was 10 minutes away, I realized that I had forgotten my wedding gift. I did not have the time to turn around and get the gift, but I wanted to get the gift to her before she went on her honeymoon the next day. I remembered hearing an ad for the company PigeonShip, and I had my roommate give the gift to the Pigeon who came by my house to pick up the present. The "pigeon" brought me the package in less than two hours of posting the parcel. I am so Glad that I chose to have PigeonShip bring the present. It was less expensive to have the present PigeonShipped to to the reception than the gas expense to turn around and get the present and drive all the way back. Not to mention I would have had to blow off my responsibility to help set up. And the fact that I got the present to her in time for the reception was awesome too. I didnt have to ship it the next day, only for it to sit on her front porch in a UPS box for a week until she got back from the Honeymoon. This is the perfect company for when youre in a tight spot and need something right away. I will definitely be calling on PigeonShip again in the future.

Driver review: I signed up for PS a while ago after receiving the delivery texts with about 10 deliveries a day in my area. Thinking I would easily get 1-2 deliveries a day I signed up, went through training, paid the $10, and received the started pack. After a month of trying really hard to get a delivery it became apparent that that wasnt going to happen. PS offers an addition "add on" where yo receive the notice theres a delivery first. I take it there are several "get the delivery notification first" drivers in my area (Utah county). I never had a chance getting a delivery, except to drive to CA for $80... I asked for a refund, but most of it paid for a BG check so that was out fo the question. PS likes to have a lot of drivers "just in case", because they need something to offer to their customers. But dont count on any money anytime soon.

This is a great service! We needed a queen size bed frame & headboard picked up in Orem, and brought to Sugarhouse. We would have had to rent a truck and drive both directions ourselves (which we didnt have time to do). We had just heard about Pigeon Ship so we decided to try them. What a great decision! The whole process was easy. They had customer service people available to answer my questions and I filled out their online request form without any trouble. A delivery person called us back the same day, and we scheduled the pickup for the next morning. Everything worked great, the headboard and bed frame arrived in perfect condition. Its not often something goes so smoothly on the first try, but in this case it REALLY did! Well be using these guys again. : )

I work for a global supply chain company and this company has saved us so many times. I wouldnt recommend doing last minute shipping... ever, but when youre in a real pinch and your entire logistical team is tied up, PigeonShip is the way to go! Theyve not only saved us time and fees on numerous occasions, but they have always come in lower than our regular company shipping rates. #lifesaver ... Theyve also shipped extremely expensive and valuable prototypes to different states for us. We used to use FedEx and the same day shipping rate was always $1000+, not to mention, you have to have an established business account to even have that as an option. Love these guys!

I have a friend who was raving about this service. I looked into it and thought it was a great idea. I didnt really think I would use it though, but sure enough, Ive had them deliver several packages for me. I hate driving, especially sitting and wasting time in traffic, and I always feel like I have more important things to do. So this service has been a blessing to me and my work/productivity. They respond quickly, and are fast. I highly recommend.

No clue about the courrier service, but the radio advertisements give me great concern. Driving to work, I listened closely to the talk radio announcer touting the qualities of R#d H^%$ger laundry service using PidgeonShiP. Hmm, laudry service vs. pidgeon guano? Hint: Ps and Ts sound similar on the radio. You might want to consider your branding!

Herbert was professional and very nice and even helped with the heavy lifting involved with getting the dryer he was moving for us up the stairs. We would have given 5 stars except that he was 30 minutes later than we had planned. He did text us about the delay and it wasnt a problem for us to wait, so everything worked out great.
