They charged a card I didnt give permission to charge. They told me I was renting space for $15 a day and then turned around and billed me $30 an hour in hopes that I would sign a lease with them. Dont give them your credit card they will try and use it as leverage. My identity was stolen from a letter I left in their office. They will bully you into signing a lease leaving no recourse other than small claims court. It just so happens my lawyer rents office space from OE in Ogden. How awkward for them. They charged my personal checking account 10x what they promised me they would. They said they would waive the $400 if I signed a lease with them. What kind of sales tactic is that? Sign with us or we will bill you $400 for 14 hours or sign a lease for $699 a month. Hmmm... yeah the math doesnt check out. When I tried to resolve this issue they laughed at me and said its my word against theirs. They will tell you how they are different from Regus as part of their sales pitch. Regus gave me 2 free days of office space and OE charged my cc $435 without my permission for less than two days of office rental. When my business credit card didnt go through they charged a card I offered to prepay with...without my permission. That $435 they stole from me was actually intended for their own client (aka my corporate lawyer). I had an awkward conversation with my lawyer the other day explaining that I cant pay him quite yet because Im in a dispute with the company hes leasing office from. They took money out of my pocket that was intended for their own tenant. They wanted me to sign a lease on an office space Ive never stepped foot in weeks after meeting them. High pressure sales practices mixed with laziness is a recipe for fraud. They stole my 401k money out of my checking account and not once did they tell me in person or via email that they would charge me $30 an hour. They lectured me on how much they have done so much for me instead of resolving this issue... they were offended when I kept them honest and price shopped their competition. Thank God I never signed a lease. Avoid OE like the plague.

What a difference a few months makes! Ive been working with a fairly new company since April 2016. They are headquartered in San Francisco and decided to hire some permanent tech support and customer service representatives here in Utah. They setup some temporary offices at Office Evolution in Holladay while they are looking for a permanent location for us. Its been a great place to work from while we are setting up our teams. Ann has been amazing to work with while Ive been here. The offices, meeting rooms, kitchen area and the restrooms have been kept clean and they look great, inside and out. All the other offices employees here seem to get along with each other, including us. Its easy to get a smile or a "Hello, how are you doing today?" from everyone here. If you are looking to start up a business or you just need some temporary office space, this is a great place to open up shop. Its very close to the freeway. There are a variety of great restaurants close by. The area here has a low crime rate (I live in Holladay, not far from Office Evolution) and the Holladay/Cottonwood Heights area is a superb place to be in. Definitely give Office Evolution in Holladay a visit if you need some temporary office space.

Office Evolution has been great getting us transferred from our home office. Ann, the office manager has helped us with getting everything set up and our phones ported over. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great and it is very easy to find for our employees. There are a lot of great places for lunch right across the street which is a plus during those busy days. The other tenants in the building are very professional and friendly as well. I have been very impressed with the fee structure--there are not any hidden fees like other executive suite companies. We have been renting here for a couple of months and have been very pleased with it. The office has been very easy to find for our clients and with it being on the first floor it is easy to get to. The rent is reasonable and covers all of our overhead. We had been wanting to move to the old mill area for a long time and this made it easy for us to get a spot there.
