My company goes through AlphaGraphics for multiple things. We print graduation posters for our graduates - they requested that we bring the photo file to them and they will arrange the poster with the graduates quote on the front. Not only does it take them forever to do, there are MULTIPLE spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and poor choices in fonts and aesthetics. I do not want to go to a printing company whose staff are inexperienced in not only the technical facet, but the aesthetic as well. As a graphic design enthusiast and illustrator, I can understand the difficulty of printing and having the right color print as opposed to what you see on the screen; however, AlphaGraphics printers are completely off calibration and the colors look wildly different from what you would expect. Do not go here if you are seeking advice on design/placement/spelling corrections. They use the worst fonts, btw. I have to go in with an already finished product that strictly needs printing and even then the quality is poor. Good luck!

Alphagraphics is incredible! Weve primarily worked with Auburn and have been able to successfully complete several big projects on very tight time constraints. They helped us prepare and print a professional operations manual and ensured that the files we sent were high enough resolution to print well. We later asked them to help us create a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall map printed on sheet metal for our office. Even with less than 48 hours notice, they were able to pull it off and hand-delivered the custom-made map to our office. We have been so impressed by their outstanding customer service and willingness to help us accomplish anything, regardless of size or time constraints. Thank you, Alphagraphics!

Weve done business with them a few times. They do match prices and when they get your order right, it usually is a pretty good quality print. However, we recently emailed in a small order, but neglected to ask for a price beforehand. Turns out they used a super expensive paper and charged per piece. Just was way more expensive then we expected. Annoying that they dont always give a price/estimate beforehand unless you specifically ask. So if you do business with Alphagraphics just make sure to ask exactly how much you will be paying before you have them start on the job. You just need to make sure you are getting exactly what you require at the price you are expecting.

I like alpha graphics though they are a bit pricey. Its worth it in the end once the quality shows. This location in particular wasnt the best. Not a very knowledgeable customer service lady and the guy set to complete my project took WAY too long. I finished one project through them without a hitch but my second I had to cancel before it was completed because it was taking so long. Not good communication either.

I love Alphagraphics in Orem. I go to them for even the simplest jobs and they treat me with respect and are very efficient. I think any person who leaves a bad review of this company is probably a very angry, stressed, high maintenance person. The bad review is indicative of the person writing it and not necessarily of the company the person is reviewing.

They were able to go out of their way in order to make arrangements for a Saturday pick up for us and everyone we talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. Bill got me a quote within hours of submission online. He allowed me to pick up envelopes early and pay the deposit in person (so I could get started on addressing) - I was quoted a 48 hour turnaround time, but my invitations were done the next day! The printing and customer service was excellent!

They take forever for the most simple prints, they dont let you connect to their internet and they didnt tell me the price until they started printing. And the price is outrageous. For the most simple print job it was like 30 bucks. WHAT A RIP OFF!
