DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They have no concern for customer service. They packaged important mailings for me then made me wait in line again and again. I finally let them know I needed to go elsewhere. When I took my publications out of the FED EX envelopes the adhesive tore each one! All my folders were ruined! This is not the first example of carelessness and lack of concern on the part of the people that work there. Try the UPS store across the street which is dedicated to customer service. I am cancelling my small business account at Fed Ex Kinkos.

I use this store about once a month to make copies of plans that I have on a thumb drive. Since their system doesnt accommodate the variety of plan sizes I have, I need help from a customer service person. Ive found all CS folks are knowledgeable and acceptably pleasant; however, sometimes I have to wait maybe five minutes to be served because there are generally only two employees on duty. On the rare occasion that I use their self-serve copy machines, the process is smooth, seldom requiring any assistance.

Just went in to have 2 posters laminated. The manager said the lamination might fold on posters. What they dont tell you is that the lamination will fold if they dont feed the poster in properly on the feed side - the girl walked away from the feed side to watch the first poster come through on the other end! It looks because she let the POSTER fold on its way in. The second was fed in the whole way through by the manager and came out fine. A $30 poster essentially ruined due to incompetence. Thanks a lot.

I think they may be trying to fix things at this location because I was just in there on July 10th and they couldnt have been more helpful! Ben was the worker who helped me and he went above and beyond to get my stuff printed out. Customer service wasnt so great in the past, but this visit was GREAT!

I love this store! I dont know what some of the other reviews are talking about. I always have complex issues to deal with and they are extremely helpful. Very good service. The prices are always good. I have a store closer to me and I drive out of my way to go to this one.

I give this FedEx store zero stars for the lack of customer service. I even complained within the ear shot of a manager and he did nothing about it. Take my advice and go to the UPS store 1 block north.

They just charged me $26 to fax 11 pages. That is beyond ridiculous, Im done with Kinkos. The only reason they got 1 star is because zero was not an option.

Horrible customer service. I dont go there anymore. I go to the UPS store just north one block. Much smaller but so much more helpful.
