Do NOT, absolutely for no reason, do NOT take any UPS package to this store. On Wed afternoon we dropped of a packaged to be shipped out immediately for repairs in hopes we would get it back for Christmas (it was my 8 yr olds Christmas present that was received broken). The package never left this building. I was treated very rudely each time I called to speak to someone and hopefully find the package. It was a small package, we were hoping it fell behind something or off a pile a down a counter. We were willing to give them every excuse. She even told that my husband and daughter didnt take it in to that store. As of Christmas, the package is still listed at the store, when it should have been to California and back. My daughter is now unable to open her Christmas present (1 of 2 gifts) and the location may not even be able to replace the present. We dont know. We have to wait 8 business days for them to investigate. Thanks for ruining our Christmas!! We will NEVER come here again and we will make sure that everyone knows not to go there. Just drive the extra time minutes and go to the hub.

atrocious customer service Im guessing that the person who wrote "Great Service" is the manager of this store. I was asked if I wanted to insure computers that we shipped, then told after the packages were damaged that the agent had selected "loss only" without ever informing me and that they would not help me with the damage they inflicted. The manager was argumentative and outright lied to me on the phone. Run dont walk to another UPS store or FedEx.

Trust? Sounds like I was funneled to UPS even when it was not what I requested or was the best option. The story: I took in a box to ship to Pennsylvania via regular parcel post. I was told that regular parcel post was $25. I was quoted $12.46 for UPS ground. I opted for the cheaper method. This sounded very odd to me. So, when I got home, I priced my package on the USPS web site and was quoted $7.84 with delivery one day earlier.

This UPS store is clean, and the young woman employed there is friendly and prompt and efficient with getting packages ready to be shipped. My visit to that UPS store took less than fifteen minutes, and the cost of shipping what needed-be shipped was less than expected. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an ideal shipping place!

I received terrible service here. The glib worker informed me that their updated system does not allow them to give receipts on prepaid returns. When I called the unsympathetic manager to complain, he could not grasp how l felt vulnerable to possible fraud or mishap by leaving expensive return packages at his store with no receipt.

Great experience! Went in on the last few days before Christmas and had a deadline to mail off 25 of my companys corporate gifts. They helped me label them and had me in and out in around 30 minutes! It was so nice to have such fast and accommodating service. Happy customer!!

Unlike the previous customer, who sounds like he just had a bad day and is using large words to sound smart, I had a GREAT experience at this store. It is clean and organized with great staff and a variety of services. They DID print out a receipt for me!

Dont take your recall items there. The store owner refuses to ship any of the factory recall items that UPS signs corporate contracts for. For example - The Dyson recalls. Youll just end up having to drive to a store without a lazy owner.

I love this place. I go here all the time. I no longer go to the Post Office because they lose my mail and theres no accurate way to track it. Everyone at this place is really cool to work with. Happy customer here!!! :)
