I have been to this store a few times and was treated well. However, the reason for the review is on my last visit I needed a package to arrive to its destination on a specific date and time. I was promised it would, I even asked them to double check that it would arrive as promised. I felt comfortable with the response. I was disappointed it didnt happen as promised. I could have used another company which guaranteed the same outcome of date and time. Of course, it didnt happen as described by the employees. It arrived late. My review is how it was handled after. I attempted to put in a claim but apparently the only person who can do that was the store manager, who was away on vacation. I submitted my claim and was informed she would get back to me upon her return date. Two days after the promised return call I finally received the call from the manager, she left a message stating that the item was being sent to UPS internal review department. I was promised a specific date and time. With the tracking that is in place, it is a "no brainier" as to when the package arrived. I was told if it did not arrive on time that I would receive a full refund. Easy case...well its been three weeks and still no refund! It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure this one out since YOU ALREADY HAVE THE SYSTEM IN PLACE! I am very disappointed I have not received a phone call back or even a refund to my credit card. I checked and there has been no refund since the dispute was in place. Be warned and know how to handle it when the package is not delivered as promised.

I went in and paid for them to weigh and post a package via USPS (they are UPS- but they also offer USPS services). I specifically asked after I had handed over the package and paid, "Is there anything else I need to do?" and they responded that it was good, they would take it from there. Weeks went by and the package never showed up. It was really a frustrating time, but as I had sent it through USPS and without tracking, there was really nothing further I could do. Then about 3ish weeks after the fact, I received a package in my mailbox "Returned for Postage". They had never put on the postage I had paid for (I had turned it over to them for putting on the postage). I asked them how that could happen, and they said, "Sometimes USPS comes and grabs the packages before weve gotten around to putting on the postage." Well- shoot- put them in a separate area/bin if you havent "gotten around" to it yet. Or better yet, just put postage on immediately- there were no other customers in the store. Either of those solutions would eliminate a problem that has apparently happened before. The too casual process they had caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and delay. * I have also been unsuccessful in receiving a refund. They never answer their phone, take forever to return messages (if at all), and dont respond to emails (yes, admittedly Im being lazy and trying not to have to go back in). I cant use that store again since they arent careful enough with packages they are entrusted with.

This is the most over priced shipping ever and it seems as though they cant tell their head from their tail end. They were all over the place and extremely inaccurate. They charged me the wrong shipping charge first off then got the address wrong even after I double checked the address. Two days later the package luckily didnt leave their establishment and I caught the error. I went in to change the address because the package was STILL IN THE STORE AFTER TWO DAYS! And then they jumped the price on me $50 for a wrong demensions that they messed up on. I waited 30 minutes waiting and arguing with the manager before finally I was able to retrieve my package and go to the awesome Provo store. It was well worth the 20 mile drive. So Im STILL waiting for a phone call from the manager to call me back for my refund. Its been 2 hours already. Im heading into the store AGAIN to get my money back. This store is a joke and seems to be ran by fast talking sales men monkeys. I would seriously leave a 0 feedback if the option was there.

Our family recently relocated to Highland and have utilized the services at this UPS location on countless occasions. Since the Highland/Alpine community lacks a brick and mortar Post Office, we appreciate the convenient road-side location, and have valued the exceptional customer service. This UPS Store has been a great "one stop shopping experience" for photocopies, postage, packaging materials, and shipping services. We have never waited in line for very long, and have found the employees to be very helpful in making recommendations that have exceeded our expectations, and saved us money and time. You will get a complete opposite experience at the nearby Post Office where lines are long, service is less than acceptable, and employees are unable to provide goods and services to assist customers with their shipping needs. I will remain a loyal customer.

Specifically stated that I needed a package delivered the next day by 4:00pm, paying over $50. Called 3 times to confirm the package will arrive as the 4:00pm time was approaching. Stopped in a UPS store, they looked up the package and stated if it doesnt arrive by 4:00pm go back to the original store and request a refund. Package didnt arrive until 7:00pm requiring me to go to a store to purchase the items. Went to the original store and basically was called a liar because they stated the service we requested allowed the package to arrive by end of day. Never took accountability for the possibility of them giving out the wrong info. So much for being specific about the arrival time. The store and UPS have refused to refund the money. This is my third bad experience with UPS so from now on FED EX will get my business and hopefully yours.

This store is usually always busy, they have some polite people working but not knowledgeable at all. Also there is a woman there named Lisa which I believe is the owner or general manager who has signed for 2 packages this year and both went missing. Im not sure how that even happens. And when it happens I just get the run around from her and she doesnt even remember it 3 days later like it isnt a big deal. Package was delivered on Nov 10th 2016 and still to the day of Dec. 8th 2016 the package cant be found. I have put in two investigations with UPS corporate. Ill be taking my business else where after the investigation is over. Personally I think the store is stealing packages, knowing that there isnt anything you can do about it and that UPS doesnt have to pay any insurance money on anything because its a scam.

Worst service EVER! First they charged me one dollar to use the computer to plug my USB in. Then they charged me for two colored copies on cardstock that THEIR employee got jammed in the printer, and then they charged me for 5 colored copies that was running out of ink. When I asked if they had another colored printer I could use they told me I had to email the files to them because they are afraid my thumb drive will give them a virus. Oh not to mention they charged me $6.00 to fax something. So in the end for 8 colored copies that actually worked and a fax I was charged $18.00. Biggest RIP OFF! I hope the extra $10.00 was worth loosing a regular customer.
