They took out a tall skinny 50 gallon water heater and put in a new, short, fat 50 gallon heater that had to be shoe horned in the available space. The next day the pipes to the water heater were leaking. The came out and fixed it but blamed the leak on the plumber who had installed the original pipes 8 years earlier. Other than that, the job went ok.

Our ancient boiler broke down and we had no heat and it was 10 degrees outside. They fit us in the same day and were able to get the boiler running for only around $200. Much less then having to replace the unit. We are happy with the service we received and the price.

This company spent two days and over five hours in my home trying to fix my furnace and humidifier. Neither were fixed. Terrible follow up and service. Not sure why companies like this call themselves a repair company?
