Im not leaving this review as a promise that this company can retrieve your wedding ring after you flush it down the toilet, however they will do everything in their power and they will not give up until they absolutely know its gone. In my case, I accidentally flushed my ring down the toilet & called two other plumbers that would not even come out because they said it was long gone if it had been flushed. Andrew and Kyle and another one of their teammates came out and gave me realistic expectations, but told me they would do everything they could to try to get my ring. After almost 3 hours of thinking outside the box & trying everything imaginable, they recovered my ring for me. I cannot tell you what it meant to me that these guys TRIED & cared that this was a priceless item to me. They even told me finding my ring made their week. Thanks again, guys. I will NEVER forget this & I am never taking my ring off ever again! :)

I called these guys with an emergency and asked if they worked on water chillers. The women I spoke to was very nice and said that they did and that she would send a tech at 8am the next day. (off to a good start) 945am rolls around and this guy shows up looking and smelling horrible, just to walk in look at my chiller and say "nope cant do it." I say cant do what? He replies "work on that" and he walks outside without saying anything else and leaves. I understand not being able to do something but at least give a suggestion or say anything at all (customer service maybe?) Anyway still looking for someone to help. Thanks for everything "Rainforest"

This company sent a technician out to repair an electric tankless water heater. They came and identified the problem was electrical. They are not qualified or licensed to perform electrical work. If you know the issue is electrical they are not the ones to perform the work and you will be wasting the $200 dollars service call money. Call another company and ensure that they will replace electrical components like circuit breaks or heating elements. Not sure how they would handle an HVAC electrical issue if they are not licensed for electrical?

The work done on the plumbing for the our second bathroom was very amateurish. The large cutout in the subfloor, that I was told is needed to access the pipes and plumbing was not properly secured. All the screws were skewed and despite the work I requested, I had to add additional support, replace all the screws and metal support that was so badly fixed. Even though, this section of the floor remains vulnerable and week and may cause me long term problems. For the price, I would have expected a more professional service. Very disappointed.

I see your trucks all over town, so when our toilet had a complete melt down, I thought of you guys! I had a call back in like 20 minutes to schedule an appointment and when the plumber showed up he was awesome to work with. I have never had a repair man go over all the details and let me know absolutely everything before they start. I think this is a great way to do business. One question though.... I noticed that your logo says plumbing and air... do you guys do air condition service in the Phoenix area?

About two weeks after my contract with Parker & Sons expired my air conditioning broke. I heard from a neighbor about Rainforest, so I decided to give them a call. They had a technician at my place right away so I didn’t even have to go a day with AC. He was very friendly, courteous, and did a great job. I will definitely be calling Rainforest Plumbing again in the future.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day. For the next day, I called many businesses and only Rainforest could make it out. Tim showed up, he showed up on time, was patient, professional, and friendly. It was a tedious job that took a bit longer, but Tim didnt give up and was able to fix it. Because of Tim, we will refer and use Rainforest again.

My ac stopped working. Only $44.99 for the diagnostic. They said my compressor needed replaced and quoted $2032. The next day got a 2nd opinion from a local company. Nothing wrong with the compressor. Compete repairs for $220 including hooking up some wiring to the blower that the Rainforest tech unnecessarily undid. Seems very very dishonest

I was getting ready for a family event and I had a pipe separate from the shower knob. There was water spraying everywhere! I called Rainforest out on a Saturday morning and you fixed the problem quickly and repaired the water damage. Thanks for taking care of what could have turned into a home repair nightmare! Awesome! Everyone knows a broken ac unit in this summer heat is brutal, and thanks to Rainforest I didn’t have to experience it. I called yesterday morning, and before the afternoon a technician who was already in the area showed up and fixed my problem! Thank you thank you thank you!

I have used Rainforest since their inception. They are fast, courteous, and thorough in their work. My daughters have all used them at their homes too. Im so grateful to have someone who I can trust servicing our familys needs in such a prompt, efficient manner. We love Rainforest!

The worst plumbers I have never used. Plumber showed up with the incorrect equipment. Spent three hours in my kitchen making a giant mess. The job shouldve taken 30 minutes. Wouldnt give me any discount. Then to make matters worse three weeks later the check has still not cleared.

Emergency services saved my life this weekend. We got a phone call at 10pm Sunday night from a tenant that was having major air conditioning problems. I quickly called Rainforest and they got a technician to my property in the middle of the night to fix the problem!
