I was having problems with a toilet that was continually running. I purchased the kit to replace the parts inside the tank, but realized they didnt match what was in this older model. I decided to call Pipetech and have them take care of it since I have the PMA with them and wanted it done correctly. Cameron came out and figured out what different parts were needed, but they are older and can be difficult to find. Since the toilet was a mismatched set of tank, bowl and other various parts (I purchased the home in June) , I decided to put in a new one. Cameron came back the next day with the new toilet, did a great job of installing it. New flooring had been laid down and he was extremely careful in the take-out and reset to make sure the fit was perfect (he even had to make another run to go and get a special sized larger seal to make sure it was right. He answered all my questions and there was no pressure to purchase items, just did a good job of walking me through my choices. I have used Pipetech for many years and always find them to be knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrific customer service. After 5 calls and voice mails left in 12 days I finally received a call back. They came out for a clogged kitchen drain and never checked the p trap. After calling another plumber out that plumber cleared our p trap and our drain unclogged. Pipetech wanted to cut through our masonry block wall to fix it at the cost of $1800. With that said they charged us $400 for the visit and never unclogged our drain. They refuse to refund our money for their gross misdiagnosis of the problem and again they never fixed the problem. They also tried to get us to call our insurance company and told us since they had to cut into the exterior wall we could probably get a new kitchen out of it. They are all around dishonest.

We just had some minor plumbing work done at our home by JR and were extremely pleased. Very genuine personality that recommended only what I feel as though he would have recommended to a family member of his. We had other companies come out for estimates and they were telling us we needed to replace all of our piping which would have meant tearing up our recently remodeled bathrooms...JR was the complete opposite and also informed us that they would beat any competitors pricing. Beyond happy with our services through PipeTech and will look no further than this company for our future plumbing needs.

Had a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Had pipetech come by they said they needed to camera it. They did and found something in the pipe (took about 5 min) said they needed to open up my brick wall and Remove it, will cost me 2,000 dollars. Told them no they charged me 389.00 to use the camera, 5 min of work. So fast forward small piece of metal found in pipe no need to tear out a wall and pee trap was full. Repair done cost me nothing. Pipe tech is a terrible company they did nothing to save the problem and still charged me 389.00.

I purchased a 2 year contract with Precision after having my ductwork sealed. Aron A. came out today for my annual checkup and preformed the checkup with professionalism. He made sure I understood what I could expect in the comming years with my (old) AC unit and explained the steps taken to ensure the units proper functionality. Another company had recommended major repairs to our A/C/replacement. We asked Precision to take a look for second opinion from a friend who recommended them. Harlan came out earlier than expected, which was great. He was very helpful and we had him go ahead and do the repairs he suggested as it was a much better option than the competitor.
