Needed to install 2 new AC units in my home. After dealing with 6 pushy "car salesman" from other HVAC companies, the Sales Manager Kevin was a blessing. His no nonsense, down to earth, informative approach was refreshing and he provided a very reasonable, competitive quote.... plus their great reviews on several sites made it an easy choice. I base all of my purchases on experience and customer service. I test companies to see if they are willing to work with their customers if its needed or not and dig deep to see if they are trained and qualified. I was satisfied to find that Air & Water Factor work to try to provide the best price, customer service, product and installation for their customers. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the installation went smoothly and clean...and that is saying a lot coming from a very picky and informed consumer. Just as a side note to those dealing with the same difficult expensive decision. After several companies coming to my house promising this and that and new everything....from the guys with shoe booties, trucks with logos plastered all over them, the guy that comes with the laptop and a portable printer, measurements, my attic probably felt violated after everyone taking pictures and measurements......to the sales guy with gold jewelry and exposed chest trying to school me instead of informing me (George Brazil...no thanks)....just know that all of that overhead is fluffed in the quote they hand you. Bottomline is Air and Water Factor is a great company and their prices, customer service and installations are probably the best you will find...unless you like paying for fluff. :)

Not only late and, but incredibly incompetent. I was assigned Air & Water Factor from my home warranty company, Republic, for a garbage disposal tripping the circuit breaker issue. After 50 minutes past the scheduled service time (which was 7AM, first service call of the day), I had to call the dispatcher which went to voice mail. I got a call back at 8:05AM telling me that they had issues with the driver picking up the truck. No problem, I just expect a courtesy call when you are going to be an hour late. When they showed up, he plugged in the garbage disposal and it tripped the circuit breaker. He told me I have a bad switch. I said plug another garbage disposal into the outlet and see if it works... he said he doesnt have a garbage disposal. I asked Why would you show up to fix a garbage disposal without one in your truck? else in and see if the switch works? He said he isnt an electrician he doesnt diagnose electrical problems. I told him its not an electrical problem. I plugged in a high horsepower air compressor to the outlet for the garbage disposal and turned it on / off to demonstrate it wasnt the switch. He said he had to call Old Republic to get the work order reassigned for electrical. I think the plumber was just hoping to turn the hex wrench wrench on the bottom of the garbage disposal, reset the breaker, and get their $65 fee. He knew the disposal was bad when he left. He was either lazy, or incompetent, either way I am glad Republic sent another plumber out to replace the broken disposal.

Wow! Its very rare to find a company that offers the high level of customer service and quality work that Air and Water Factor does while still offering competitive prices! We are going through a very stressful remodel, dealing with many different contractors and having VERY different customer experiences. Our first plumbers quote was EXTREMELY pricey and our backup plumber bailed on us. Though we were previously unfamiliar with Air and Water Factor, we try to support local, family owned companies whenever possible, so we decided to give them a shot. Mel and Tim have been mindful of our budget and our customer experience from the beginning and when problems arose in either their estimated cost or timeline to complete the project, they did not make it our problem. It says "Excellence matters" on the side of their vans and they really do live by that. They stand by their work and made sure we ended up with a quality job. Were thrilled with the outcome and have found our new plumbing and HVAC company!

I hired Air & Water factor to replace both of my air conditioners at my property in Gilbert, AZ and I was extremely pleased with the service. Initially I had several contractors to provide me with a quote, but these guys seemed to be the most knowledgable and courteous. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive and I would certainly hire them again for any air conditioner or plumbing related service.

Tim and the whole crew were just fantastic. We had 3 companies come out to do an initial appraisal. The first company barely looked at the system and quoted an outrageous amount. The second company did a thorough job but recommended non-matching components (in the same price range as Water Factor). What I really liked about Air & Water Factor was not only the thorough review of the system but the clear explanation of what they needed to do to not only replace the AC but improve the overall performance with proper installation and added insulation. Since moving into the house our AC has ALWAYS knocked which irritating. Tim knew exactly what was wrong (actually a fairly simple fix). The installed system has worked beautifully and is very quiet. Very Satisfied. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency with my A/C unit during the summer. Air & Water factor came out to fix the unit and found a part needed to be replaced. The A/C unit was not working at all and my house was extremely hot. Air & water did not leave me in these conditions due to the unit breaking down on Friday evening after business hours. They brought me a very nice portable A/C unit that was able to cool down a portion of my house. They where able to ordered and replaced the part extremely fast and had my house up an running and cooling before I knew it. They also where very fair with their pricing and had great customer service from the ladies at scheduling to the field techs. Highly recommended and they are my new go to A/C company.

We are longtime customers and continue to get great service. We recently had a new heat pump installed and Tim gave us the best price,(including some customized installation), compared to two other companies in the valley. He also spent many additional hours without charging us to address an air flow problem in our ductwork. We dont think we would have received this kind of attention, service and commitment from anyone else.

These folks installed a new Trane split system at my house. On one of the hottest days of the year their crew spent hours in a hot attic and on the roof to get my equipment installed without a break and without a complaint (At least to me! Their boss may have heard about it!) They did a fine job. The system works well and the price was more than competitive. Id recommend them to anyone.
