Only Water Heaters may have lost a few hundred dollars on an easy 15 minute fix, but they gained my trust and their first google review....Let me explain why Many feel it can be difficult to find honest hardworking tradesmen. I imagine its because we feel helpless to solve an immediate problem and dont have the time to shop prices. Or perhaps all the really good tradesmen are super busy and in an "emergency" your stuck with whoever is available. My wife contacted Only Water Heaters to price a repair on our water heater and like all great tradesmen they were book out. Only Water Heaters COULD have scheduled us out 3 or 4 days, Fixed my water heater in 15 minutes, up sold me on some maintenance package, charged me $250 for a part that he could recycle at another job, and I would have payed the bill glad my family has hot water although a tad confused why it was so expensive yet so little time was required. But INSTEAD the technician took a few minutes to explain how I could identify what the problem was, then after a quick callback he was able to confirm my findings and direct me to a place where I could get the necessary part. Thank you for being helpful and honest. Now I know why your so busy! John

I called on a Saturday at 5:30 pm after we noticed our water heater was leaking badly from a corroded pipe. Dan answered but wasnt able to come out until Monday morning. He was very helpful over the phone and gave my husband instructions on what to do to make sure the leaking wouldnt get worse while we waited. After getting here right at the time he promised, he was able to give us a price, which was exactly what was on his website. He arrived at 10:30 am and was done by 12:30 pm. He even took the old water heater away. Two days after the install, we noticed a tiny drip coming from where the heater was hooked up. Dan came right out the next day and fixed it within 30 min and it was covered under warranty. We will definitely do business with him again, and will refer all of our friends to him.

Our old water heater started leaking (while I was flying back from a business trip, of course). I called around, and Only Water Heaters was by far the best price. They were in and out in less than 2 hours (and we had some tricky piping to deal with). Overall, Im very satisfied with their service. They were friendly and willing to discuss options with me. I would highly recommend them.
