The set up and timeliness of the appointment was great. Unfortunately the plumber sent to fix our toilet was questionable at best. Our toilet had a bad wax seal, so it had been drained to avoid leaking into the floor. The plumber that came to fix it replaced the wax seal then told my wife that because the toilet had been drained prior to him arriving, there were two more seals he had to replace and had to pull the toilet a second time. He ended up charging us $400 to fix a leaking toilet and took advantage of my wife being home alone to make up for his incompetence. I would avoid these plumbers at all costs.

They did such a good job. Paul helped so much we had such a big problem it was going to be expensive so we were wanting to do it on our own aND he helped mark where the problems were and helped us by giving us advice ! Highly recommend them !
